Little over a year ago PGA TOUR Commissioner Jay Monahan and Saudi PIF governor Yasir Al Rumayyan announced an agreement was in place that would eventually lead to a merger between the TOUR and LIV Golf. Since then, no progress towards a final deal and merger has been announced. This week's Golf Today Roundtable looks back at what's transpired since the negotiations began, how its affected the sport, and where the game goes from here. Back between the ropes, newly-minted major champion Xander Schauffele is back on TOUR for the first time since his win at the PGA Championship.
