What is Angle of Attack?

After talking with Chris Finn last week about how to the four rotational centers I wanted to dive a little deeper into one of the things that we touched on lightly.  Angle of attack.  I'm sure a lot of my listeners have heard the term but I wanted to explain the basics of it and take a closer look at it for the people who aren't as familiar.
