Michael Cartellone, drummer and painter

Goldmine is honored to have as a podcast guest, Michael Cartellone, the former drummer for the Damn Yankees and current drummer for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Cartellone is also a fantastic fine artist — a painter — and has teamed up with Goldmine and the charity Cancer Support Community to auction off a professional reproduction of his painting of Ronnie Van Zant, the late vocalist of Lynyrd Skynyrd, who died in a plane crash in 1977. The auction will officially begin on March 1 (through March 7) at this link, with the money from the winning bid going to the Cancer Support Community.
