The original plan for this week's episode was to cover the Democratic primary debate, but Dan screwed up the schedule because he forgot he had tickets to see Amy Schumer on the same night as the debate. Due to this scheduling mistake, Matt wasn't able to join us but Grant Larimer (A.K.A. The Purple Dragon) and Kyle Steenblik (from the Utah Outcasts podcast) were with us in-studio to talk about a variety of recent news items, including:

• BYU's dishonorable honor code
• SLC Mayor Jackie Biskupski bans city-sponsored travel to North Carolina and Mississippi because those states have recently passed anti-LGBTQ laws
• Grant's atheist license plate was stolen and will (probably) be forever unavailable
• Ted Cruz is "delighted" to have the support of right-wing anti-gay nutjob Gordon Klingenschmitt
• Glenn Beck and Alex Jones are feuding over which one of them is more insane
• Bill Nye is not going to debate Sarah Palin about climate change
