In today's episode, we're going to talk about how witches use clarity in their spell work. Someone I know, Kira, attempted to do a prosperity spell, but it failed. And when we talked about it, she said, maybe I made it too complicated. In our conversation, I realized clarity was important in your spell work. Here are three insights.
The first insight is focus on purpose and benefit. What's the purpose of your spell? That's not the same thing as a benefit. For example, if someone wants more prosperity, they may want release from worry, they may want more control, or they may want freedom. Those are three different benefits. Some people are energized by making a contribution to others, and others are energized by achievement. And some people are motivated by inner work or an inner focus.
But when we talk about purpose, we may be looking at the journey of your life. And some people may be making a transition from me to we. So maybe their spell work might be focused on doing good for others. So now the idea of increasing your prosperity can give you the ability to be kind to friends and family. Now, so far in our conversation, we have seen different forms of purpose and benefits.
¶ Focus and Clarity
And now our second insight, remove distractions. Kira said she made her spell work too complicated. and spell work is important to remove distractions. Focus on one purpose and perhaps focus only on one benefit. This will help you with your language. You will keep it to the point and make it clear. And now our third insight. Ask the goddess how to make it simple. For clarity in your spell work, you need four things. Purpose, benefit, remove distractions, and simplicity.
¶ Asking the Goddess
You may consider doing a meditation and talk to the goddess about these details. Ask her how you can make it simple. simplicity is part of clarity. Some people misinterpret simplicity as being less than, for example, less sophisticated. However, elegance in language includes simplicity. There are no distractions, and there's clarity, and your spell work is not overly complicated.
