#133 LTLT S5 EP 6: A Divine Truth, Jesus is Fighting for You

I can't say it enough amen . With the times that we live in , so many questions , so many wonders . You know it is a good thing to ask somebody how are they doing ? Hallelujah , amen , although you can't see me , but you can just hear me . And I can't see you , but I'm just praying that you are listening . Amen . Let us go together in prayer .

Father , we thank you so much for your grace and your mercy . Thank you , god , for allowing us , god , another day , another day , to be able to hear a word from you . I pray , in the name of Jesus , that your will will be done . Use your servant here to your glory .

I pray that every hearer that is here , every heart God is steadfast on you , that they are seeking out your face , they're seeking out an answer , they're seeking you for whatever's going on in their life right now . I pray in the name of Jesus that you would allow us all to be able to continually see the diamond that you have put on the inside of us .

That every day you allow us a little bit more clarity , god . That every day we will realize that you have given us beauty for ashes . Father , have your way here . We thank you , god , and we bless your name as we bless your people . In Jesus Christ's name , we do pray . Amen , amen and amen . Hallelujah To God be the glory .

First John , chapter 2 , all the way in the back of the Bible , hallelujah , amen . This is our second week in learning to live in truth , the podcast Amen , and I am excited to be before you .

Amen , I hope you had a good weekend and I hope you're ready weekend and I hope you're ready , hallelujah , to pick it up as we go forth . Amen To God be the glory . And I just want to share with those of you who was there with me when I first started on last Monday Amen .

I just want to share with you , I got a little bit more clarity as to how the spirit will have us to run , learning to live in truth . So what we're going to be doing , for sure this is the path thus far Amen .

We're going to run it through Monday through Thursday and then on Friday we will have an episode of God's Diamond in the Rough podcast to air Amen . So in that order four days , learning to live in truth . One day , god's diamond in the rough . Amen . And I just believe that it will coincide . They will work together .

Amen To , at the end of the day , speak what it is that God has to say to each and every one of us Hallelujah To God , be the glory , amen . All right , y'all , y'all ready , I'm ready , so let's get into it . 1 John 2, . The first verse says my little children , these things write , I unto you that ye sin not .

He says and if any man sin , we have an advocate with the Father , jesus Christ , the righteous , amen . And I and i'ma pause right there the first verse , amen . So he says to us , my children , I'm writing this because for the simple reason of so that you will not sin . Amen . I use king james version , amen . Some of you might use the message Bible .

Um , whichever Bible feeds you , whichever one feeds you best , then that's the one you ought to use , amen . But uh , here my job is to interpret what the spirit gives to me . I am a firm believer that , um , um , what he gives to one man , uh , that might , it's trueelujah . But you might not be where they are , amen .

So you might not get it , you might not understand it . So what you got to do is , if ever you're here and you ain't getting it , ask God for revelation where you are . Come on , somebody , do you understand what I'm saying ? Hallelujah , because just because you don't get it the way I got it doesn't mean that the way you got it is wrong . Hallelujah .

I believe that that's a big problem in the body . Amen . Somebody always wants to say , well , you're wrong . That ain't right . Look to God . Be the glory that we all have relationship . Come on , yes , I'm drinking my coffee , y'all . Amen . We got relationships with the Father , amen . And where I am , amen , it really for real .

For real , it has a lot , doesn't have too much to do with anybody else . Amen . Where we are with Him , amen . But we got to know that we all have the same language , amen . Different members , different levels , different places in maturity , but God ain't going to tell me something that he won't tell you . Hallelujah In his time .

And come on , somebody , put your hands together in your mind and in your heart . Jesus , I wish I could see you . Hallelujah , amen . Anybody who knows me personally knows that I'm a foot stomper and a hand clapper . Come on somebody . Y'all better talk to me . Amen , all right , come on back to the word . Come on back to the word .

He says John says you know , I'm writing this so that you won't sin , amen . And then he says here's a twofold part of that verse . One . He says and I'm writing you also to make you understand that , even if you do sin , we have an advocate . An advocate is a voice . Amen , somebody , hallelujah , that is fighting for us .

Amen , somebody that is pleading our case , somebody that is standing for us . Amen , somebody that is pleading our case , somebody that is standing for us anyhow , hallelujah . Verse 2 , he says and he is the perpetuation , hallelujah for our sins . Amen , he's the perpetuation , he's a mediator , he is the middleman . Hallelujah that has taken on the death .

Amen that is in sin , hallelujah that keeps us free . He says , and not for ours only , but also for the sins of the whole world , hallelujah . He has died for every last one of us , amen , every last person he died for . Amen . Now , whether or not they will receive Jesus as a substitution or not , amen for their freedom , that is another story .

Amen , but he died for every last one of us , hallelujah . So nobody is better than another amen . I'm talking to the saved and the unsaved Amen . He said he died for the whole world . The truth and reality is is that ain't everybody in the whole world going to accept what he did on the cross for them ? Amen Doesn't mean that he didn't die for them .

Come on somebody , hallelujah , amen . He says to us verse three , and hereby we do know that we know him if we keep his commandments , hallelujah . The truth of the matter is is that if we keep the commandments of God , then we know him ? Hallelujah . I mean , there's not a whole lot to understand to that . If you keep it , amen , then you know him .

Hallelujah . He said . He that saith I know him and keepeth not his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him . Hallelujah . It does us no good to know the truth and not live by the truth . Come on , somebody , talk to me Amen . If you know it , you ought to abide in it , hallelujah . And if you are not , you know what the truth is .

You know what you should be doing and you know what you should not be doing , amen . And you choose not to acknowledge God's way , you put your way above his . He says look , you are a liar and there is no truth in you . Amen , that is the truth . Truth doesn't change because we don't like it .

Truth doesn't change because I don't want it to be reveling to me . Truth is truth , hallelujah . And the word of God calls us out when we try to make right wrong and make wrong right . Come on somebody , talk to me , hallelujah , amen . He says you are a liar and the truth is not in you . Come to the reality . Come to the truth of who Jesus Christ is .

Come to the reality of who you are , amen . If you keep on denying what the truth is , to sacrifice the lie , you'll never be changed , Jesus . Come on somebody . You want Jesus to change you from the inside out . Then you acknowledge the lie , you acknowledge the things that the enemy has kept you in bondage to . Hallelujah , jesus .

I'm talking to somebody right now . Hallelujah , he says . Verse five , he says but whoso keepeth his word in him . Underline that in him . That's important , amen , because oftentimes we have this idea of what it means to keep his word , but we really don't know . He said but whomever keeps his word in him , verily is the love of God perfected .

The love of God perfected just says to us . I am continually growing , amen , I am growing . God is shaping you . God is tucking away . He's getting rid of some things , amen . He's bringing alive some things that you didn't know was there . Come on , this is word . This is a word . He says hereby no , we that we know . No , wait a word .

He says Hereby know we that we know ? No , wait a minute , hold on , slow down , hold on y'all . He says Hereby know we that we are in him , you are in him if you're growing and he's perfecting you . Hallelujah , you've given your life and your heart to him . Amen . Things are , it seems like . Seems like as soon as you gave your life to Christ .

It was okay for a minute , but then , all of a sudden , you had a series of events happen in your life things in your health , things in your marriage , in your money , in your , in your carriage , all kinds of things . You became like a shaken .

All of a sudden , you became those , um , those , those things in the Yahtzee container , and you said all of a sudden , the spirit began to shake your life up and then you began to be thrown out on the table . Hallelujah , and you try to figure out what is happening to me . I gave my life , I gave my heart to Jesus and now my life is a mess .

Come on somebody . Jesus , don't you understand ? You got to understand that when Jesus begins to work in your life , he begins to work in your life . He works on those hard places , amen , the things that have had you in the grips of death for your entire life , so a lot of times . He will bring us back to the root of that fruit , jesus .

Come on somebody to the root of your fruit . Nine chances out of 10 is the thing you don't want to deal with . Come on , come on somebody . It's the things , it's the places that you don't want to face . It's the giants that have always knocked you back on the ground . Those are the places that Jesus wants to deal with .

What I want you to leave with today is that you have an advocate . You have somebody who's fighting on your behalf , whether you fail or you pass . He's fighting on your behalf , jesus . Come on , somebody . Come on , talk to me . This is for somebody . Somebody is listening that needs a little bit of light .

Amen , somebody , somebody is listening that needs a little bit of light . Amen , the light is at the end of the tunnel . You just got to trust him . Come

on , y'all . Hallelujah , hallelujah . Allow your journey to be one that Jesus clears the path on . Hallelujah , let's pray . Father , we thank you so much for your grace and your mercy . Thank you , god , for allowing us this time to be able to minister to the hearts of your people .

I pray for every woman and every man , every boy and every girl that is hearing this word right now , hearing this word right now . I pray , god , that you would let them know it is not too late and that they ought not give up , that there is light at the end of the tunnel because you are there . Hallelujah , let them know , father , you are there .

Father , we love you . We thank you In Jesus Christ's name . We do pray , amen , amen and amen , hallelujah . God bless each and every one that is here . You put your marker right there , at verse five , and then on tomorrow we will pick up at verse six to see where the spirit takes us for Tuesday .

Amen , I'm so thankful and so grateful that you have allowed me to be able to minister into your life here on today , and I hope that you will be drawn back to this place to go on just a little bit further .
