In this jammed packed message, James gives us an inside look of the founding of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, which has just convened for the 24th year. He then gives us words from Jane Hamon, Cindy Jacobs, and sites some from himself. He closes out with an admonition that anyone can relate to taken from Matthew 11:28-30. "Come to Me."
