Here, he talks openly about his journey through learning everything he could about sales since he was 18 years old; some of the ways in which salespeople could improve their technique by listening more effectively and starting with the end in mind; and why the death of a loved one provided the ultimate clarion call to changing his life and stepping outside of his comfort zone.
