Episode description

If there is anyone who knows what it means to Go Get It, it's Maya DiRado. Maya is a Stanford graduate. She's a 4-time olympic medalist as a swimmer for USA Swimming, which includes 2 gold medals. After retiring, she worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Company, then went on to King Philanthropies, where she supported the expansion of the grant-making portfolio addressing international extreme poverty. Today she is at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. But most importantly, she is an amazing human, friend, and family person, who Austin has had the pleasure of knowing since 6th grade. In this episode, Maya discusses the lessons that she has learned as an athlete that have extended far beyond the pool.
