Wk 229 Aaron Deals with EOE

Aaron has only very recently found out he has a condition called EOE, which apparently is not uncommon among those with Celiac Disease. EOE is the short form for Eosinophilic Esophagitis, which is an inflammation in the esophagus caused by foods, allergens, or acid reflux.
