Wk 217 Aaron Sees Big Changes in Himself
Episode description
This week I speak with Aaron who has recently recovered from a nasty stomach flu. It did give him time to reflect on changes that have been happening in his overall attitude. Aaron feels he looks at life and food completely differently since his surgery and weight loss. He's much less judgemental, and doesn't want food and his appetite to define him. Often after bariatric surgery people feel different in their new bodies and it's great that Aaron is able to share his thoughts as he continues his weight loss journey.
