This week I should have had Aaron as a co-host, but things happen, as they do these days, so he was not able to speak with me.  He will be back in a couple of weeks.  I decided to talk about some things that have been on my mind of late - what's holding me back from making a plan, eating better, exercising and losing weight.  Maybe some of what I say might resonate with you, but for the most part, this discussion was with myself, it was personal, and hopefully, I'll be able to take my own advice.
