Chrissie Keenan was the first Community Development Officer for Féile an Phobail in 1995. In this Féile Special episode of GLÓR, she talks about the early development of the festival, how it empowered communities and how the first ever Féile drama group took to the stage not only in West Belfast but throughout Ireland, and even all the way to Manhattan in New York.
