The surrender that Jesus struggled to make in the Garden of Gethsemane is the most important example to us of how to enter servant leadership. He had lived on earth only doing what He saw His Father doing, and saying only what He heard His Father say, but facing the horrific torture and death for all mankind was almost too much for Him.
