GlimmerCast Episode 2

So it's fall break now and we've decided to post the hotly-anticipated second episode of the GlimmerCast.

I've gotten a few e-mails so far and I intend to respond to them shortly. We want to get as many people involved as possible to make this as fun as it can be for everyone.
