Episode description

When I was younger I didn't understand portion sizes, and I ate a lot of fast food along with processed food.

I ate whenever I got the feeling of hunger and also when I was bored.

Eating food turned into a coping mechanism.

Because of this I didn't like the reflection I saw when I stood in front of a mirror.

I was tired of always trying extreme diets that never worked.

I wanted change!

That's when I got into bodybuilding and went on an EXTREME journey to understand my relationship with food.

Let's just say things got dark before I could see the light at the end.

Listen in as I share my upbringing around food, the struggles I faced from not liking my appearance, the extreme adjustments I had to make from signing up for a Bikini Bodybuilding competition, the dark side of competing, and so much more…
