You can download it right away. I suggest that once you do immediately set up your account that way you're all ready to go. When you want to make your first call, as someone setting up an account, to be able to connect with experts, you'll be considered an outlet. You fill in some basic information, just like you do to sign up for any other app. If you want to complete your profile, there is additional information that you can fill in this other detail is used.
If you'd like to become an expert and take calls, it's a way they can confirm your expertise and approve you through your qualifications, but it's not mandatory to make a call. So don't let that throw you once you're in, you'll see that there are lots of experts you can talk to who cover all sorts of topics, lawyers, health professionals, spirituality, and life coaches. And of course your favorite handmade business coach.
The price for most calls currently ranges between five to $10 for 10 minutes. So completely reasonable and worth it. When you have just a question or two, some of the features I think you'll love about this program are it's totally focused on you as the outlet, the person taking your call, doesn't retain any information about you. So you won't be pestered with follow-up communication, unless you specifically request it. That is the functionality of the app is really smooth and
intuitive. Also there's a countdown timer. So both sides know exactly how much time is left. That's really helpful for guiding talking points. If you decide you want to continue the conversation, there's an option at around the two minute mark to request more time after each call, both sides have the ability to rate the call. So you can rate if the time was valuable to you with your question resolved, it's also a great way to gauge which experts are best for you.
And on my side, if I get a spammer or some other abusive call, I can report that through the rating system. I appreciate this thought of safety by way of feedback here. It's important to both of us. Of course, now that I'm announcing this to you, I plan to be available inside the app on a regular basis, but if I'm not showing up as available, when you have a question, I've set up my account to give me a text message that you'd like to talk.
In many cases, I can make myself available to you right away with the exception of if I'm on a podcast, interview traveling, or if it's nighttime, I'm definitely not a late night person, but you can always catch me bright and early in the morning, Saturday mornings in particular, I can easily combine calls with my schedule.
