In his book, "Seattle's Forgotten Serial Killer: Gary Gene Grant," Steiger dives deep into Gary Gene Grant's murders. Grant killed four people from 1969-1971 in the Seattle area and yet his crimes remain primarily forgotten. Steiger worked directly on the case as a detective, and shares his experience with Kim in this exclusive interview.
