After another massive PKE surge has rocked the city, the Ghostbusters have been arrested! The mayor still seems to think that the guys are full of crap, and are somehow responsible for the mass hysteria currently happening all across town. The tension builds with the help of some corrupt politicians, deadly spirits, terror dogs, explosions, and car chases. But if the Ghostbusters are ever going to save the world, they’ll need to get out of their holding cells first.
