After 30 successful years in the music industry, PJ Olsen decided that it was time for a change. At age 50, she began her life’s mission and her passion – to help people regain strength, remove physical limitations and restore their confidence. On this special edition episode, PJ shares her journey of starting Restorative Strength, LLC a company that helps individuals restore physical fitness in clients who suffer from chronic pain issues or physically limiting medical conditions.
