Pappas, Mayor of Waxhaw, NC, 30-year veteran of home building, and Chair of the CRTPO (Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization), and Driggs, 4th term Charlotte City Council member and economist, are passionate about helping the public, the real estate development industry, General Assembly leadership, and local government agencies interpret the interdependency of economic success and properly planned development as they relate to everything from transportation decisions to exploring affordable housing options. Each of these gentlemen bring a highly specialized skill set to their positions making their leadership a true ‘moment in time’ here in the Charlotte region.
