This episode is personal, because for so long I did not love and respect myself the way I deserved. So many reasons and questions as to WHY, and I finally had to do the hard things to get to the place I am today. Today I do LOVE and RESPECT myself tremendously. It was not easy getting to this place in my life, and I am always working on myself which will never stop. I am sharing this with you, because some of you may be where I was, or maybe you are where I am now and need a reminder to LOVE YOURSELF. You are not in this alone!
