Whodunnit?!: Blood Rain (2005)

A prosperous island that specializes in making paper in 19th century Korea is struck with a series of murders surrounded by the superstition of a vengeful ghost of the original paper mill owner coming back to get revenge on those who have framed him and condemned him and his family to death. An inspector from the government is sent to investigate the burning of the tribute to the king. He finds himself diving deeper into a rabbit hole as he unveils the truth behind the unfortunate events that occurred on the island.
