You are so much lighter than me and in better shape , and yet you would think , yes , you would think that I would be the one with diabetes .

Hold on . My dad went for heart surgery like three times .
That's why it's been a little tough over on me , oh three times .

And because , bro , how do you know you're going for heart surgery and you have a medication that you have to take before you go , and then you run out of it and then just my dad's my dad's the same way .
He's like he even like threw away pills during while after his surgery . Where I'm over here cleaning all his little garbage bag and I see at the bottom of the can there's mad pills just thrown away , I'm like what are you doing ? You feel terrible right now and this is the reason why , because your blood pressure's probably through the roof .
You know you don't feel good and you're throwing away the pills , what like ?
dude . He ran out and didn't say anything to my mom not nothing anyway . He expected my mom to do it , so they had to keep him there for a whole four or five hours extra to run the medication through him .
The IV or something . Yeah , to get it back into the system .
But he didn't even stay at night at him . Don't get people nauseous over here , johnny , you know Ha .
Ha , I can't , I can't . I know , I can't , I can't . I know , like the older generation with like how they do their like medicine is nuts .
Like my mom , she just went to the hospital , just came out today , like you know she had , like I don't know , like an infection or something , and you know she's just thinking like yeah , she worked too hard or she stretched her leg out like they went into the hospital . She's over here on iv fluids like um medicine . So that's crazy .
Now she's out of the hospital , she's over here on iv fluids like um medicine so that's crazy . Now she's out of the hospital , she's all good , but she's no longer I just feel like everybody's fucked up , everyone's falling apart .
That's how I feel , man , they're sick . I got sick too , for the like three or four days . I was just mate I , I think it was because have you ever , like , cleaned your ear out . Yeah , the next day gotten extremely sick . Yes , I don't know why , but it happens to me a lot . I've had that before .
But it's like the funniest thing . It's like you know , you feel like you just cleaned your ear out . You feel clean .
Next day , you're like ah , I feel terrible .
My sinus is killing me . The thing is , I think you need it .
Yes , wax is supposed to be something that like helps you from getting like an affection in your ear . I guess I know , I know that is what it is you gotta do what you gotta do .
But you know what the thing I can do ? Say like I went to the hospital in New York , I went to like Staten Island University , okay , but um yo , the food was good , the food was fucking fire . I'd grill chicken every day .
What did we get to the food order ? What ? How did we get to the food ?

Oh , the food sucks at the hospital . I was just wondering how we transitioned .
Oh yeah , oh my bad . I was just you one night and I had cheesecake for dessert . It was like a top-notch service over there .

I didn't go there for the meals . I didn't go there for that .
That's a top-notch service though .
Yeah , no , I did , because you know what I went to and sac meridian out here and that's where my dad went , and they bow and you know the thing that gets me going . It's like I showed him twice and my feet , like you know , they're like oh well , what are you doing for this ?
And I'm like it's been three months and my freaking toe is still not like healing , like doesn't that raise any suspicion ? And I'm a diabetic I can't believe it . You know what ?
I mean exactly .
And then , as soon as I got to new y them , I'm like , yeah , this has been like four months and nothing's happened , like I'm doing the right thing , I'm cleaning it , I'm putting the gauze on it , the bandages , the medicine , and it's not healing .
And the lady was like , all right , well , you're to like bacteria or some shit , but I think I had a low-lying bacterial infection from when I went through my head , went through a windshield ah , they say that yeah , something if your neck gets hurt yeah , yeah , yeah , you get definitely some type of like brain injury yeah , so like I must have been sick for a
while and it was like you know , I know it sounds like very weird , but nah . I really hate talking about my toes , bro . It's the worst because I'm like my toes definitely did save my life , but it's like you know , I hate when people are like what were you in the hospital for ?
Well , you got to understand , dude .
See , you may think that sounds like you know . I understand . I'd rather be in the hospital for a broken arm than oh yeah , I just got my fucking toe fixed .
I understand how you feel that . You're like , oh my fucking toe , you know , but you got to . There are so many people going through that dude .
I know , but when I feel like I talk about toes and diabetes , people think like ah , shit , so we had to cut it off by the knee . You know that's when I start to . You know like I'm like ah , you know .
It's hilarious . I think you did the right thing get a second opinion . Everyone's got to get a second opinion that is huge .
Even in anything . Your mom says something , ask your dad . It means you might be going across .
I try , but I don't even want to answer . Dude , that was a huge thing that I learned too . Another big lesson always get a second opinion . Talk to someone else , ask advice .
Yeah , because if it doesn't seem right to you , ask somebody else , Because sometimes , like I always ask for a second opinion , even on ideas , Because I'm like yo , hear me out , Do I sound crazy ?
And then I'll tell them my idea and they're like no , that sounds completely normal and I'm like all right , cool , so I'm not crazy for thinking this and I'm completely right . So now I feel good .
Now I'm better , now I feel whole , all better .

It's just the fact that I I've went through it with the bacterial infection and recently I told you about my jaw and all and like yeah , yeah , going back through the episodes and watching me like because my mom mentioned something , I remember my probation officer mentioned something , carmine said something to me like multiple times and I really don't care what other
people think , except people that are close to me . So when I heard it from multiple people that I care about , I really started like what the fuck is going on ?
yeah , I don't like watching yeah so when I was looking through that , the episodes I'm like there is some I'm doing something weird in my mouth that I've never done before and I realized that it's happened when I hurt my shoulder and what I'm doing is that I'm put like because we talked about this yeah , like all connected it's all the stress whenever remember
when in old movies and westerns and shit you're getting a bullet or something taken out they're like give them something to bite down on and they're like all right , bite down on this , it helps with pain , because that's where all your stress is , is in your jaw .
Oh , exactly , so when I'm fucking nervous or I'm concentrating , I'm like you know what the worst thing is .
It's like you know , it's like I get like that too , because when I'm trying to concentrate on something , I'll start really clenching my jaw , to the point where I got to loosen my jaw up and relax it and massage it , because I'm like you know , I sometimes feel like as if I took a molly or something .

It's called TMJD . I just found this out . Timid , yeah , timid .

So he told me he's like you just got to be more cognizant of your face because as we grow older we get so used to our facial expressions and it becomes just a habit of how you react normally , like when you're used to just grinding your teeth when you're concentrating , well , even just do grind your teeth when you sleep , because I remember my dentist gave me
a frigging mouth guard for like when I sleep Me too .
I never used it . I never used it . It was like a bottom mouth guard .
I wish I did . What the hell am I using ? I got to use it . I got to get one .
I ended up losing it . Yo , you know it's like so funny . So you do all these preventive measures when you for , and then you're 30 and your back is like a question mark and your teeth are nuts and you're like I wish I did that .
I wish I did everything that they told me and I did everything that my mom said I should Exactly . She always told me not to put so much gel I used to wear . You remember that shit .
Everyone used to use in their hair back in the day . What like LA Madison , yeah .
And especially the one that fucking the stick . Do you remember the stick dude ? Yeah , the one that like they used to put the wave like it was just the front of their hair and they would just like it was a stick of glue and they would just fucking put it on the front of their head and like , flip their hair up and it would cause like a fucking little .

So since I've been using bro , my hands feel clean , my whole body feels super clean . Don't feel like I got like some sort of like calcium or whatever oh , so you got the filter for the actual shaft .

English norwegian , fella , my mom's norwegian , my dad's from england , gotcha , you know , my mom's from Brooklyn , so you know , like I was born in England , came over here and then I went back over there . Well , my mom and dad wanted to move back and we did too .
Why not Like after I got out of high school , we went over there and we only stayed there for about a year and we moved back because it didn't work out with my mom's job , because she's supposed to get more schooling or something like that .
It was something she works in , the medical field , so it was something that she needed to get to work out there and it would have been . It would have been too long for us , it would have cost too much money for us to have her go back to school for a year or two , and you know it wouldn't work . So as a family we moved back .
But me , I made friends out there like I . Um , one of my best friends was like this uh guy who grew a ton of bud and sold a ton of bud to all these , like you know , surrounding neighborhoods and he was a really big fella .
I became really best friends with him and , um , like my next time I went back over there I ended up living with him and kind of like running a trap house for like a whole year in england .
Really , yeah , I told my mom I was like working on a farm or something , but uh , I I was really like running the streets of manchester , like trapping out , growing mad pot and stuff like that . That's awesome .
So then , like you know , then I moved back over here and stuff , and you know I just I've been back and forth a couple times but wish I could just , uh , you know , get both of them . It'd be fun to have them both together , but you know we're separated by the ocean .

Oh yeah , yeah , they were like legit . It was like every six hours I was getting morphine , every like three , and like they made me . I think they gave me like a half a habit after they fixed my toes . That's what they do , bro . Oh my God , it was horrible . For like two days I was just feeling like terrible . That's not right . I didn't find it cool .

It's all on the street People with masks and shit . But then like at night , like you know , you got people are out . We went to bars and stuff and there was , like you know a little , what was the curfew at Staten Island ? Oh , like , curfew was like there was like , say , like eight and nine or something like that . You had to be inside .
But , um , you know it was like some BS . But you gotta think you got like nighttime workers or whatever . Me and my friends were always out and no cops ever said anything to us .

Like there was a lot of these pop-up gambling things and apartments and that , so we should just go to gambling parties . You know , I wish dude . Yeah , it's fun . I just can't believe how , when I got locked up , how it just shut down .
