Episode description

The late, great Kobe Bryant during an acceptance speech said his middle school English teacher had a quote, "Rest at the end, not in the middle." This is a quote that stuck with Kobe and that he lived by while achieving many great things in his young life.

What you realize after achieving a goal is that the dream is in the journey. The dream is in the process. the dream is in the 4am mornings, the late nights, the times you don't want to do it, but you do it anyway. The dream is falling down and having the courage to get back up and go back at it.

So rest at the end, not in the middle.
