Where FOCUS goes ENERGY flows. What are you focused on in your life right now? That's where you're going to see results. Make a DECISION on what you WANT to focus on and decide to focus almost all of your energy on those things. For me it's my family, my businesses and my health/this IRONMAN. If it's outside of those things, I'm putting little focus on it. I'm a sniper now.
