One of my dearest friends, Emily Loftiss was a complete stranger just 5 years ago. I met her while watching our husbands competing in a CrossFit challenge. She came up to me and said “girlfriend or wife?!” That triggered me because at the time I wanted to be engaged SO BADLY but we weren’t yet…little did I know those three words would spark a deep meaningful friendship between Emily and I!
Being social and engaging with strangers (and even more long term relationships) is a key factor to happiness!!
