tells what you work and how long you've been on the job. I've been on the jobs my eighteenth year City's Fire Department Stanford, Connecticut, with like two hundred and sixty guys on the job, nine firehouses, nine engines,
three trucks, a heavy rescue, and a tour commander. I started my career as a volley at sixteen and long did you what was your first company in the paid department of Let's see, we rotated for like six or eight months, but my first company was Engine one at headquarters, and then I spent like three years there, and then I moved to the special Operations house, which is Engine five and rescue one, and I've been there ever since, like thirteen fourteen years. So you ride the big rescue. Yeah,
we we switched back and forth sometimes. Engine five is basically like a squad company. Everybody there is trained cross trained, the same as the guy's on the rescue. So the engine is sort of like i'd say, a stepping stone to get assigned to the rescue. Everybody there is dive as Matt Tech high angle, low angle. You know, you are assigned to the rescue. I was. We we don't really have like a permanent assignment there because
it's we go back and forth. But yeah, you're a sign to that house, so right, you know, everybody does everything there, but the rescue is fully manned twenty four to seven city wide, just like the rescue is in any big city. Yes, I drive that thing like you stole it all the time. I've seen Rob drive and we went up to see Ash. Then he drove his towel out of Rob was driving that thing like a rape date. Bro. He was driving that thing like he stole it.
So do you have one of the window while you're making the terms. Yeah, really not familiar with the Connecticut area. Most of you are because you're from the tri state.
