Ashley Lim - Architect turned Luxury Shoe Designer

Born into a patriarchal society, South Korea - Ashley moved to Australia, an immigrant, and an Asian; and became an architect, a male-dominated industry.

She noticed that men didn’t feel any pressure in the workplace about what they wore. 

However, women felt the need to wear high heels or uncomfortable shoes to feel powerful and feminine.
