Okay, So this leads me to a very important question. You are a just shout it from the mountaintops. This is another big part of your message, get your morning routine right, get right in the morning. In la. If she's gonna tell us one thing, she's gonna say, get that morning routine right, get it right, get it tight for the rest of the day. And I mean that non in a very loving way. Um So what how
I'm gonna ask you? How to How does someone identify their winning morning routine and keep it implemented in their life. So I think anytime you're trying to make a change of any sort, we often kind of the book really opens with this, this particular story, but we often look at things like I want a big change, like a big fresh start. We are the generation of extreme home over right, like we watched Tai Pennington flip that house in in an hour and go from then. So we
want that. We want like make my life over, you know, before and after. And it doesn't work that way, unfortunately, as I've learned, And so what we have to remember is like it's the little tiny habits that we do over and over and over again. James Clear who wrote Atomic Habits Amazing book. He says, every choice you make is a vote for the person you want to be. So like every tiny little thing is saying you need to pay. You are responsible for every little action that
you do. It is a cataly a score part and the whole thing, right, the whole thing. So, like you take your multi vitamin every single day, Like that is a vote that you want to be a healthy person. You know you you go to bed every day between you know, nine and ten o'clock. It's because you want to be a person who gets sleep. And so when people ask about morning routines, I mean, I have a
loo this morning routeam that I like? I write it on a piece of paper because I just I have to be remind I have too many things in my head. I need to see it. It's on the it's on like the door of my little medicine cabinet in my bathroom. Um, and it's like take your vitamins? Do you write this the night before? No, it's always the same, never changes. Oh this is the same. Nobody's gonna time for that. Yeah,
same thing. They're just okay. Yeah. So it's like make your make your cup of water with it you, Stanley. I was like, look at us. What in the world. I didn't fell for it, but it actually there. It's something to fall for, you know. It really is amazing whole so much water keeps it cold and that screw on lid. I'm like, okay, Stanley, I had to get the soft straw because I have like teeth fear of
like busting my teeth from target. Um. So so write it down, make it as simple as it can be, Like, don't go don't go hard, don't what kind of cat glories do you like to hit on your to do list? Okay? So mine is like make my water. I use element it's l m n T. It's like this electrolyte thing. I put that in there. Um that's that's one thing. Um give myself, like just a few minutes of a lone time to read or to you know, maditate or whatever I need to do, just for a couple of
minutes by myself before the crazy crew comes downstairs. Um, take my vitamins, use sunscreen, put the sunscreen on the face. Um gosh was the other one. Oh, and move my body somehow during the day. So that's not really a morning thing, but I would like to work out right after my kids leave, and so it's like put your shoes on, you know. So those are those are the things, and I just I go down the list and I'm like, okay, okay, okay, I did it all. And I really don't pay that
much attention to it. I just like did it, did it, And then the next day it's did it, did it. And by the time you get six months in, you're like, look at me, I've been drinking water. It's actually a lifestyle now, yeah, okay, So we do these morning routines to create the lifestyle. It's we have to teach ourselves the new lifestyle that we want and so and we have to hold ourselves accountable. And so this is just like okay, look at this, do this like this is
important and I'm reminding you. So you can't just be like kind of forget about it. You know, you have to write it down. Like if it's not right in front of you, staring you in the face, you're not going to do it. At least I'm not gonna do it. Yeah, I will forget. I love that. Put it in your face.
Hey maybe you're maybe you're Another thing I can add is like those things like a stick on thing with for your mirror, and you could write, don't you hate it when people give you ideas for your company, like let me tell you how to run this very sick deaf movie. I was just talking to a teacher today who was like, I have thoughts about the teacher player, and I was like sending them to me. I. Actually, that's good. That's good. That's some good uh feedback. What
is that development? Research? Yeah, research and development. Yeah, there you go.
