Have reverence for everything, So all that stuff that's really hard to love about yourself, your neediness and your greediness and your shyness and all your insecurities. Love them. You just see them, all those little thought forms and energies. You just bring them into your heart center and you say, like, I have time for you. I have time for you, and you can stay as long as you want, and you could actually visualize pouring love that kind of golden, warm, friendly,
luminous quality. That's how Buddhists describe the heart, warm, friendly and luminous, your true nature and just let all that neurosy is just bask even just taking that stillness to look at all the neurotic stuff instead of trying to push it away or run away from it.
