Discovering Your Reason 'Why'

Have you ever started a job, relationship, routine, or project and eventually thought to yourself, "Why am I even doing this?" When we first start out on a new exciting challenge, our bodies and brains are equipped and prepared to face unknown circumstances. However, the catch is that over time, we begin to question our decisions entirely. We begin to lose site of the reasons we first set out on our own unique and individualized journeys and question if it's still even the right path for us.
