Heather Konopka-Chaves, CCIM, brings more than more than 18 years of Commercial Real Estate experience to her trade, her primary expertise with Multifamily in the Mid Cities, Dallas/Fort Worth and Arlington area.

As an active Texas Real Estate Broker, Ms. Konopka-Chaves holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. Additionally Ms. Konopka-Chaves is a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter, a member of NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS®), where she served on the New Initiatives Advisory Board and also is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Ms. Konopka-Chaves’ prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisor at Marcus & Millichap and as Franchise Owner and Senior Investment Advisor of Sperry Van Ness/Konopka And Company. As an SVN Franchise Owner, she served on the Board of Advisors in 2009 through 2011, and was also a member of the Sperry Van Ness Asset Recovery Team.

Ms. Konopka-Chaves was awarded the coveted Achievers Award her first year at Sperry Van Ness. Additionally, she was the Director of Commercial Real Estate for a large a Residential office of over 300 agents where she received numerous accolades for her consistent placement in the Top 10 Advisors.

Ms. Konopka-Chaves’ real estate success includes her involvement as a principal in a retail development project, as well as commercial land development, which were both completed in 2006. Her passion for the real estate market along with her extensive encyclopedic knowledge in her specialty have facilitated opportunities in publishing her articles in distinguished journals and magazines.

Ms. Konopka-Chaves is active in her community, serving on the board of two private schools and involved with her church. She currently serves on the School Advisory Board and Finance Committee for her daughter’s high school.

Ms. Konopka-Chaves is devoted to her family; blessed with two beautiful, gifted and talented daughters. She enjoys exercising, the outdoors, vacationing at the beach, sailing and fishing.
