Vince Russo being hired and fired and hired and fired, David Arquette winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, the death of the NWO, Bret Hart's unceremonious release from the company, and Hulk Hogan quitting frfr all opened doors for Booker T's world title run, Scott Steiner's metamorphosis into his final form, The Cat becoming everyone's favorite authority figure, Mike Awesome and The Bus, Hacksaw Jim Duggan's only heel run of his career, and Mike Tenay's surprising heel turn. The Panel dishes out awards for all those deserving (and not so deserving) in WCW for the 3rd annual OTY Awards!
