Episode description

Episode 24 - How To Prepare For The Worst Winter Ever

I hate to be negative but the writing is on the wall:

We may be heading into the worst winter ever… specifically with regard to our health.

Both individually and as a nation we may soon be battling with more sickness and disease than ever before.

I hope I’m wrong.

But here’s why I doubt it:

We are heading into some very stressful times.

Times that will try to destroy our Immune Systems.

For example:

The coronavirus doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon.

Schools have no idea how/if they will make it through the fall semester.

Half of the country will be upset after the November presidential election.

The economy seems headed for a severe downturn.

Again, I hope I’m wrong.

But let’s assume I’m right.

What should we do to prepare?

THAT is what we discuss in this episode.

Specifically, we talk about three things you can start doing TODAY to help prepare yourself for this winter.

Three strategies are that proven to be effective for building your health.

Best of all, you don’t need to spend any money to implement them.

In addition, we share with you the two theories that are currently being used to battle the coronavirus.

Unfortunately, most people are only employing one of them.

We’ll tell you why that’s doomed to fail… and how to correct it.

Bottom line: this information is too important to miss.

As always, thank you for listening and please share this with a friend.
