This is our first full length episode to "Get Happy & Drop the Label". Where Coach Heather Bellovich, Kyle Johnston & Diamond introduce themselves. Heather is a 30 year trauma survivor. She also is 5 years sober and that is how she met Kyle & Diamond. They both work or have worked at establishments that help people become sober. We will be discussing different traumas, stigmas & other triggering subjects. This show is to educate listeners about real life problems in hope to find real life solutions. This podcast is a safespace for people to come & share their story to be heard, validated and healed.
