Paul Sulisz CTO of Congruex

Paul Sulisz’s career within the telecommunications industry spans 18 years. He has spent 7+ years in the fiber/fixed access networks area and 11 years in wireless networks including cellular and microwave deployments across access and private networks. He has been actively involved in deployments across Asia-Pacific and North America. Sulisz started his career as a design engineer and found his passion in large and complex rollouts where he honed his skill in project director and program management roles. He quickly moved into general and senior executive roles, where he has also owned large and complex accounts. Over the last few years, Sulisz has focused on productizing and deploying innovative approaches to digital design, engineering and construction while building a global capability for Biarri Networks and he is now the CTO of Congruex. He holds a double degree in electronics engineering and information technology. Sulisz resides with his family in Denver, Colorado.
