August 31st, 2012. Seattle, Washington. 42-year-old Yancy Noll was shot inside his car at an intersection in Roosevelt, Seattle. On September 21st a man named Thomasdinh Bowman was arrested and charged with murder. Dinh Bowman and Yancy Noll were strangers, and investigators were tasked with figuring out why Dinh Bowman would murder a man he didn’t know.
