September 1, 2013. Middleburg, Florida. A woman named Lois Kay Skeen is told late one evening that her granddaughter, Kayla Skeen, has hanged herself from a tree. The messenger is Kayla's boyfriend, Allen Marsh, who asked her to call 911 before running back to Kayla. The Clay County Sheriff's Office responded and conducted an investigation.
