Kim F. Coates is a Canadian-American actor best known for the role of Alexander "Tig" Trager on TV's 'Sons of Anarchy'! But Kim also wears a producer hat in the new horror and psychological suspense film 'Neon Lights', out this week on VOD! We talk to Kim about taking on the role and why the film demands repeat viewings!
