Episode 625 – Sizeism in Cosplay

This week’s episode was recorded live at CONvergence 2024. We invited the audience to submit ideas for an episode and selected Nikki Armstrong, who wanted to talk about Sizeism in Cosplay. Nikki spent the weekend engaging in self described “fat girl does skinny” cosplay with costumes that included Leeloo from “The Fifth Element” and Kim Possible. She talked about the challenges when it comes to cosplay when you are not the size everything is designed to fit.
