Record Slayer - This Week In Japan

Demon Slayer continues to dominate Japanese headlines, with not one, not three, but two whole news stories regarding the breakout shounen property this week!

The Kimetsu No Yaiba Movie: Mugen Train has destroyed all box office expectations in its opening three days with record-setting sales, in spite of the ongoing global pandemic!

Demon Slayer fever isn't limited to the big screen, however. Meanwhile, in an unsuspecting onsen, a customer nabs 20 volumes of the hit manga from the bathhouse's library!

In other news, Japanese ice cream is wierd, Tokyo is planning a mask festival, and chocolate bars are shrinking.
