With Us as One of Us

“The Incarnation”...that’s what it’s called that Jesus, the God of the Universe, took on flesh and dwelt among us. “The Incarnation”...the truth of it is a big and mysterious as the phrase itself. Seriously, God became a human being? God..the Almighty God...took on a man’s body? We have great difficulty being able to believe that Jesus was, in all the fullness of the term, a human being. We see the miracles. We see the healings. We see the God-nature...but this miracle working, healer, was also 100% bona-fide human being! Amazing! Amazing indeed! “Amazing Grace” as well! As it is often said, “He was born in Bethlehem that we might be born again!” Praise you Jesus...today we’ll remember that in Jesus, God was “With Us as One of Us”!
