Promises for the Church

This week, we look at the truth of who we are as His Church and God's promises to His people on earth. Eugene Peterson says this in the message bible regarding Ephesians 1:23, “The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ’s body, in whom He speaks and acts, by which He fills everything with His presence.” The greatest honor and privilege any of us has been given is to belong to Jesus and His Church. This week, we look at God's promises to His church and the reality of who we are as the body of Christ.
