We kick off an exciting Season 3 with Chris Byington, VP of Data at Updater! Chris talks about using data to improve customer experience and outcomes, working for a company where data plays a central part in growth, and developing a motivated and passionate team. He also shares his advice on the best way to collaborate between different teams, making sure that you are working on projects that are useful for company goals and developing software that improves experiences in a field (proptech) which is very fragmented.

Chris Byington is Vice President of Data at Updater, a New York based technology company that makes moving easier for the 45M Americans who move every year.  At Updater Chris is responsible for the company's holistic data strategy, from core data warehousing to using data to drive personalization.  Before Updater, Chris was head of analytics at Heroku, a Salesforce company, and he holds a Bachelor's from Pomona College in California.
