Kevin explains how they are working to disrupt a typical business model with data-driven decisions and automation, while still believing that a human element will always be necessary.

Kevin is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Validus Risk Management, a market risk advisory firm and technology provider specialising in the private capital markets. Kevin started his career in Switzerland, trading currencies and commodities for multinational corporations including Alcan (Rio Tinto) and Dow Chemical. An adviser to the alternative asset management sector since 2007, Kevin has pioneered the use of innovative financial hedging tools and strategies for the private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate markets. Kevin holds an MBA from McGill University in Montreal and is a mentor for the Memorial University Student Investment Fund in Newfoundland, Canada.
