We get to chat with Dave McGovern, Owner/Director of Whitepit Consulting, in our 5th episode this season. With experience in managing major projects in large corporations like Liberty Global, Dave shares with us how he deals with change management and in dealing remotely with those in and outside of the business during challenging times. He explains how he can see the tech recruitment landscape changing in different ways but remains a firm believer that real human interaction will still be at its core.

After starting out in retail technology, David has 20 years experience in the European telecoms sector - working for companies including Virgin Media, Three, and Tiscali. He ran the launch of the UK's first commercial Video-on-Demand service, and has since worked in a variety of senior and CxO roles in areas including business transformation, customer experience and M&A integration.
