As we continuing our Seven Last Words series, this week we will look further at Jesus last words on the cross. As He utters the words, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46), has Jesus been abandoned? Although God’s abandonment of Jesus happened so our sins could be forgiven, it was still extremely painful. How do we trust Gods truth in the midst of feeling abandoned?
