As I began this Nightcap a call back to April of twenty twenty one, we are coming up on the one year anniversary of the passing of my dear friend Loll Ponte, one of our regular guests on the night Camp throughout the years, and now would be a perfect time to revisit some of the genius of the man that I called my big brother, Loll Ponte, once again
here on the Nightcap. Here we go in response to Joe Biden's first address to half of a joint Session of Congress, there were about two hundred, thanks to Nancy Pelosi and her rules in the era of the scamdemic, joining us to talk about what we all heard and what you may have watched on TV and Joe Biden's not State of the Union address is Loll Ponte and first and foremost, Lowell, I want to welcome you back to the Nightcap airwaves.
It's been quite a long time, and I know you've been dealing with a lot of issues, and I'm glad that you had strength and energy to join us tonight to talk about Potus number forty six and his speech to the not so Joint Session of Congress. Oh, it was amazing. But you're one show I would never want to miss for any reason. Well, I know you have special insights into Joe Biden. Of course, what I'm terrified of for Cincinnati, on the heart of the American heartland is on Friday.
Kamala Harris is going to be there. She the last time I saw, I had not indicated what she would be talking about. But during Biden's speech, he has declared Harris as the new leader of the Job's Initiative in America, the same way that he previously declared her the person who would deal with the problems on the border, and she has refused to go to the border
ever since. A couple of things I saw and heard in the speech that confounded me a little bit, maye I scratch my head as he said that these new jobs ninety percent of them will not require a college degree, and seventy five percent of them will not even require an associate's degree. And then in the same speech he talks about how everyone in America should be guaranteed a
college degree. Now, if the jobs that he's proposing don't require a college degree, why is it so important for us to have all these people with free college degrees. Well, one can go even further. I mean, the only way you can justify instantly dumping six seven trillion dollars into the economy.
The way Biden has already pledged to do is by embracing socialist theory, which is to say, modern monetary theory, a new kind of economics outside capital that says, we don't need to raise your taxes because we are the government and we own the printing presses that print the money, and so will simply print as much money as we need. Well no, no, no, no no. But the important thing is therefore you don't need to tax
people or businesses. And yet he's talking about how massively he's going to increase taxes, especially on business. Well, yes, in other words, he acknowledges he's using taxes as a weapon. Well, he''re capital. I was talking about the fifty five corporations that he was able to count who had forty billion dollars in profits, and if they just pay their fair share, that's going to offset trillions of dollars in spending. I mean, the math just
doesn't work, Lowell. But those are the companies that employ people, and those people will be taxed, including all the rich people working for the company, they will presumably all be taxed. But Biden wants thirty nine point six percent in personal tax on top of thirty nine point six percent on business tax. So for those who own the business or have invested in it or bought stock or whatever, you are in effect paying a tax on a tax.
Oh yeah, well, I mean it just piles up to about eighty percent. If you're a consumer of the products those corporations make, you are going to be paying whatever they're going to be taxed. Well, of course, and Biden went further. He pledged, oh, we're not going to tax middle class people who earn less than four hundred thousand dollars a year. Now, now that I can do a long, long analysis on this, I've written what sixty seven books on related topics. But the fundamental is, Joe,
Inflation is a tax. Every time you do things by printing trillions of dollars per year, you make the dollars in everybody's savings, their life savings, their retirement and so on worth less. You are squeezing the value out of their dollars. So, for example, today you might go down to home depot and a a four x eight piece of plywood might cost you one hundred and twenty dollars. That's Joe Biden. That's what he didn't mention.
We are going to be killed by the inflation generated by his modern economics theory, his monetary theory, which is we'll just print the money and buy everything, including boats. Of course. Well, when he said he had an eight year plan, I go, boy, that sounds familiar. Where have I heard about multi year plans before? Oh the Soviet Union, Oh, Communist China. And when he allo said that, he made it very clear to President g that we would maintain our presence in the Indo China and in
the Asian area to prevent conflict. The only presence that I could see us maintaining under a Joe Biden would be the acquiescence of China taking over Taiwan and whatever they want in the Pacific. Well, I mean, Joe Biden has been bought and paid for with that billion and a half dollars they gave to
Hunter. You know Hunter, the person whose stuff was not picked up this day when the Department of Justice raided the home of Rudy Giuiliani, Donald Trump's personal attorney and seized all his electronic materials, which is a way of spine among others on Donald Trump. Now, this is not a rare and odd thing. People have heard at least about the Juiliani raid, which is terrifying in any free society. But they have also in the last day or so
gone after Victoria Tensing. She is attorney wife of Joe Degeneva, who used to be one of the people in charge of the second District of New York as a state attorney. They have gone after the wife of him too and seized her electronic equipment. And she was one of the people spearheading the investigation of the twenty twenty election and how much corruption happened in it. In the speech tonight, Joe Biden said a lot of things that are very flowery,
and a bunch of platitudes, and many things that Donald Trump said. It's amazing. The great plagiarizer is added again as far as talking about supporting the middle class and it being the backbone of this country, and how he wants to buy American. Yeah, and buy American was all under under under Obama Biden? Uh what three four million American jobs were sent to China. Trump
brought them back. And now Joe Biden is pretending, as he has in so many things, that Trump policies are in fact his policies, that he created the vaccine that he has brought about healing, that he wants jobs to be American. But as you say, not educated American. So why are we educating Americans if we're using in the same SE's the same logic as with
modern monetary theory. If you are going to just pay for everything by printing it on the government printing presses, just run off a few more trillions of dollars out of thin air, then you don't need to tax people. So why are you going to crush the employers that are hiring the people with higher taxes? Oh and fifteen dollars an hour minium? He made clear that he
wants to see that in legislation as soon as possible. But the people who are making three or four or five dollars on minimum wage are by and large teenagers getting their first job at McDonald's. It's like they are not adults to support a family of FOA four No, So therefore his sawing off the bottom rungs of the ladder, where why people come to have Joseton what we haven't
calculated. Joe Biden has pumped up so much money being paid and unemployment that employers are having a very hard time getting their old employees to come back to work, even when the jobs are available, because it's so much easier for people to sit at home, watch TV and get paid more than they were
being paid by the employer for doing work. Well, and he talks about the twenty seventeen tax cuts under Donald Trump, and he said that was supposed to increase gross domestic product and it was supposed to grow the economy, which actually it did up until we got struck with the Communist Chinese scamdemic COVID nineteen, and then he said it equaled into an extra two trillion dollars in deficit. Well, yeah, because of COVID nineteen. And he's planning on like
six trillion dollars in deficit maybe just this year. It's it's insane. And he's keeping open the option almost on a whim, of shutting down companies again the next time the Communist China unleashes a new virus or an enhanced virus against the US. Oh and with this insistence on this green New Deal crap. You know climate change can be used as a reason to shut the economy.
Sure well, now, not that long ago, you were doing a show dealing with the theme I've dealt with for decades literally, and that is Earth Day, the twenty second of April. Why did they set it on that date because the first Earth Day would be the one hundredth birthday of Vladimir Lenin, the communist founder of the Soviet Union. They have honored his birthday. And now what is Kamala Harris doing Friday? She is appearing in Cincinnati on
the eve of May Day. May Day, which would become the Great Soviet System, whereby they run the missiles across Red Square, May have these lineups of would be Soviet leaders and so on. It was a great day of Marxist celebration that had originally been a day of fertility. You're a music expert. You remember led Zeppelin and Stairway to Heaven saying if there's a bustle in your hedge row, don't be alarmed. Now it's just a sprinkling for the
May Queen. Oh, I know. They told people that they were saying spring clean for the May Queen, like a spring house cleaning. Yeah, but in fact, to anyone who speaks English, what people heard with their ears was a sprinkling for the may Queen. I leave it to your imagination what that would be in a bustling that can meet a bustle in your headrow. Oh well, Tim Scott spoke after the president, and he is a rising young star in the in the Republican Party. But there's no real good
response to the utter male bovine fecal samples. We were fed and we're expected to be fed by this president and by the people who are behind him. Well, this is what I mean. We have a political party that for one hundred years has practiced the political doctrine. We'll give it to you for free. Whatever the other party promises, will promise more, and we'll take the money to pay for it from the people who really supply you with jobs.
And then when they can't supply you with jobs anymore, we'll blame them and tell you what evil capitalists they were for not maintaining a good economy where we rob them blind and made their functioning as companies almost impossible. Oh except for the giant multinationals, which just happened to be included in those companies that control the news you and I are allowed to see. Well, Lowell Ponte,
thank you for Jay. It's been so many months people have asked about you and wanted to know how you were, and it's great to hear you in such good voice tonight. Well, and I feel much healthier just for knowing that you're on the air helping deliberate American minds and hearts. All right,
Lowell, thank you very much. Lowell Ponti. Dan was our second amendments. Dude. Rock O Costellano will be here before the evening's over. Reverend Jim Harden from Compass Care, a pro life pregnancy group helping women all across the country with one of the toughest decisions they will ever make. Dave Hatter will join in. CHRISTA two point zero has her picks for the NFL Week fifteen action about to be upon us. Doctor Rachel Erenfeld on the Soros Agenda, George Soros. That is Andy Furman. All
before midnight. It's the Nightcap and it continues on seven hundred WLW and behind invest USA they provide armored vest and police vest for law enforcement all of the country and first responders. It's a great five on one, three C charity. And the guy who's at the top of the pyramid, a law enforcement veteran, to talk about well, our safety, our public safety, which is one of the true mandates of government United States, is to provide for
the common defense, ie public safety of the citizens. Michael, lets back with us again, Michael, how are you. It's always a privileged to be on your show. We thank you for the opportunity. And you hit the nail on the head. We don't have law and order. We don't have a country, no exactly, just like if we don't have a border, we don't have a country. And that's another subject entirely, which is
definitely affecting law enforcement all over this country. With the floodgates open during the Biden administration, and I think one day last week they set a new record
over twelve thousand illegals coming through in one twenty four hour period. It's been outrageous and there have been other outrageous things occurring that affect our public safety all over this country, especially the last three or four years, and that has to do with district attorneys or county prosecutors who have been funded by George Soros. And George Soros is a globalist. He does not believe in American sovereignty
for sure. He just believes in controlling everything from his high little seat or those of his ilk. And one of the ways that he is trying to take down American culture, Western culture is by creating chaos. And you do that by creating lawlessness. You create lawlessness by not prosecuting the criminals. And
that is why he has funded these das all over the country. In New York City, in San Francisco, Los Angeles, you look Saint Louis, you look city after city after city, there is a George Soros handpicked and funded district attorney in charge of the revolving door of a criminal justice system.
The police try to do their job as best they can. They arrest the criminals, and the next thing you know, the criminals are out on the streets again to continue their crime and just just like I said, disrupting and tearing down society, stable society. And then the police are called on the carpet for simply trying to control a bad situation. And we had all kinds of bad situations in twenty twenty with the Black Lives Matter riots. These were
not mostly peaceful protests. Now, when you're down federal court buildings, taking over police stations and causing billions upon billions of property damage to people who did absolutely nothing wrong, killing people and threatening people, BLM is an awful organization. It's a Marxist organization, and it's a grifting organization. And yet still they tend to skate while the police officers who are trying to control the crime
and the chaos are being charged. And you can go from Derek Chauvin to what happened in Austin, Texas where a group of police officers there were cleared of any wrongdoing in an investigation after they used rubber bullets at a BLM riot in Austin back in twenty twenty, and yet the district attorney, who was funded by George Soros, Jose Garza, filed charges against them anyway, even though there was no evidence they committed any crime at all, but just because
they were police officers. And this is how more and more is it not? Michael Oh, There's no question about it. And the sad part on this particular situation. Not only were they clear first of all to talk about what happened, well, BLM and them were rioting. In protesting is what they'd like to call it. We call a rioting. And why do I say it as a difference. They were using molotov cocktails, They were assaulting and battering not just the police officers but the citizens at large, and they
were trying to take over the police station. I don't know how much more definition of rioting you can proclaim. So they were doing that. The police were doing what they could to contain it and to protect the citizens. The police chief made the right call out. I probably made a stronger call than he did. He said, look, we've got to disperse. They're not paying any attention. Bring out the rubber bullets now, for your listeners,
Rubber bullers don't kill anything. Just like you hit with a paintball. It stings, you'll leave it well, but you'll be all right. So they brought out the rubber bullets. Sure enough, it worked and worked very effectively, very quickly. Excellent. They know they're stopped with a lawsuit which gets drop because they have no basis for it. So the prosecuting attorney because it's
not going to go down that for pathsides. Well, look, I want to assure the citizens that just because you have a badge hearing not above the law. We think this could result of being battery and assault. We're going to file charges against twenty one officers. Now understand the implication of the officers. That means they're suspended, so now they don't have any pay coming in.
That means they had provide a legal representation. And it lasted for eight months before Fiveally, this last weekend, the prosecutor says, oops, we're getting ready to have to move to trial and probably don't have a case, So we're going to drop seventeen out of the twenty one. The other four I'm sure will be dropped in the next couple of days. But and then I don't apologize for or because the citizens should know. We investigate everything.
The problem is that it had already been investigated, not just by that agency, but by several outside law enforcement agencies as well. Found they had absolutely abided by everything they had been told to do. The orders were correct. It was probably the least lethal thing they could have done. They could have opened fire on them. But that's the thanks that they get for all polling law, for trying to do their job. They're not and anyway, it's
just it's amazing. I'm just don't found it as as you stated. The damage is done to their reputation, to their name, you know, and they were dragged through the mud, and their families are dragged through the mud. They were suspended, so they weren't they weren't getting paid. Where is
their justice? It just doesn't seem to exist, Michael uh I, you're you're right though, they just use rubber if if you're if you're if you're throwing molotov cocktails, if you're assaulting citizens off the street, pulling people out of their cars, trying to take over a police station, they are very They should consider themselves very fortunate they weren't using live ammunition because they would have been well within their rights to do so. It's at many different and points
in these BLM riots across the country. Sadly, we're out of time, but for people to know about your organization that helps law enforcement on the country, where should they go ww dot I n VSTUSA dot org, a charity dot org. All this information is posted there litter of things they could do. Love to close by saying this, folks take the time to day to tail an officer. Thank you for your willingness to serve they need it.

Yes, We're it is the Nightcap on this Tuesday evening on seven hundred WLW joining us now. Doctor Rachel Erinfeld the New York based American Center for Democracy in the Economic Warfare Institute. She's the founder and president of those fine institutions, and she is also the author of a book called The Soros Agenda.
We've heard a lot about George Soros in the last couple of years, and a lot of people are still ignoring the fact that this outside the country financier is someone who is no friend of the United States of America and our culture or liberty and individual liberty for certain, who is financing all kinds of elections of district attorneys in this country, who was trying to upend Western culture as we know it. That's my opinion. Uh, Doctor Aaronfeld, good evening,
and how are you hi? Thank you? I am just just so, just a small correction. Joe is not outside Joe Solis is an American citizen. He was born elsewhere but be invited to the United States. But he's an American citizen, although claims to be the citizen of the world. That's right. But what he is, he is about and he is along the same ilk as uh. And you can correct me on this, as people like Bill Gates and klaud Schwab. He is he is one of these
people who wants globalist control and does not want America. America wants globalist control as Joe Biden seems to be facilitated Team right right. You were responsible for something that got signed into law by President Obama back in twenty ten, Rachel's Law, the Speech Act was signed, and these laws protect American writers and publishers in print and on the Internet from the enforcement of foreign libel judgments in
the US. Have you been have you been sued for your writing? Rachel, I've been sued before, I know before this, yea, yeah, this is why. That's when I found out I was a book about Tel's financing, which is very appropriate today. It was appropriate in two thousand and three when I wrote it, and I was sued by Saudi billionaire who was the bank of the family who owned because back in Saudi Arabia, who funded al Qaeda and Hamas, et cetera. I mentioned him in the in the
in the book, and I always name names. I don't write kind of I don't write fiction. I write actually facts. So he went out and he sued me in England because anybody can see in England. You have a lot of money, you can go ahead and say, uh so, and so it's written something about me, and I disagree, this is not so. And then going into the United States. In the United States, the law is that if I want to see you for libel, I have to prove that what you was written about me is not true. So I thought
that that law would be actually covering me here. But it turned out that no, when the phone there is a phone, a foreigner suit for libels in the UK, for example, and you got a good judgment against me, he can I'm here and actually enforced the judgment. So that's why I first lobbied the New York legislator, which miraculously passed a law in about three months or something, which is unheard of. And I don't know if it will happen again. And I actually loved with Congress to do the same.
And Obama very reluctantly signed the law in which was passed twice by Congress unanimously. He reluctantly signed the law really in the last minute in twenty ten. And the law protects American as you said, American writers and publishers from foreign libel judgments. But I mean things have freedom of speech, what freedom of speech? And Souls has been actually advocating and training people also for to identify so called disinformation, meaning all information that he and his friends don't like.
Well, what what is the ultimate Soro's agenda? What does he want? Doctor Aaron Feld? He wants to destroy the United States of America like the Iranians. Okay, although he doesn't call he doesn't call the United States a big Satan and Israel the small Satan. His main targets, uh, the destruction of the United States of America and the Jewish state of Israel. We know, we know that it ran As funding Hamas and has Blah and these groups and the Huti rebels in Yemen. Is George Sorows lending a hand to
these terrorist groups directly indirectly. Yes, he's funding the groups that support them in the United States and elsewhere. Uh. He his foundation has been giving money directly, uh and also in directed to groups in in in Judea and Samaria and gather before and uh and now as distrap the peace and order everywhere and demonstrate on behalf of Hamas. And yeah, he has been he has been doing it. He doesn't like the U the concept of the Zionism,
which is is Wrael. Really Zion is Israel. He doesn't like the idea of Jewish state of Israel. According to Solos, you should be should live anywhere. It's exactly what Hamas. Wasn't he hold on, doctor Rachel. Wasn't he born at you? He was born at jew As he described it, to an anti Semitic household. His mother didn't like this very much, say, treating Jews are unfortunately not an unusual occurrence. And anyway, he declared himself agnostic, and he has he wished good luck to Israel, but
she doesn't like the Jewish state whatsoever. Well, don agnostic. You can tell when somebody is living without a belief of God in their life because they think they are God. Doctor Rachel Erenfeld, thank you very much. Our time is short, and I apologize. The book is the Soros Agenda? Is it out now? Okay? Thank you very much, doctor Erenfeld. It's the Nightcap and it continues. We got a lot more in the tank here before we're done. Seven hundred WLW and welcome back to the Nightcap.
On seven hundred w l W. Garry Depp joined by Reverend James hardin USA. It is a pro life iignancy center and a pro life pregnancy advocacy group, and it's great to have you back. Reverend Harden. How are you. I'm doing well. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas to you. This is not good news necessarily. I don't know if it means that there is more ahead for this particular story, Reverend Harden, but I wanted to hit you
with this just released today from our friends at the Epic Times. The Supreme Court passed up an opportunity yesterday to lay the groundwork for overturning its president, permitting protective zones called bubbles around abortion clinics to keep protesters in pro life sidewalk
counselors away. They declined a petition filed by Deborah Vetigliano, a woman from Westchester County, New York, that sought to appeal a lower court ruling dismissing her lawsuit to claim Westchester County violated the First Amendment at the US Constitution. Petition also specifically invited the Court to overrule its existing president, upholding laws about the bubble area, which I'm sure you know very well about. Are there? Let me ask you first, reverend, Are there protections? Are there
bubble zones around your pro life pregnancy centers? No? No, don't. They don't provide protection to pro life pregne centers. In fact, what they want. What we've been finding is that the DOJ is giving taskit approval to people that want to attack pro life pregnanc centers by not investigating the attacks on us, or by giving light sentences, recommending light sentences and even paying for the defense of these criminals through federal judiciary grants. So you know, there's
definitely a double standard at play here. In fact, the FACE Act, which is Freedom of Access to Clinic and Church Entrances Act, has been used exclusively to target the free speech activity of prole life peaceful life people in front of abortion creducts, which is what the Vintigliana case is about. And Westchester County even you know, pulled back on their on their ordinance that they created,
which which Miss Tigliana was was filing a suit against. And so for the Supreme Court to take a step back and say we want to take this case, I think they passed up a really good opportunity to to overturn the
unconstitutional faith Act. You know, since nineteen since Clinton signed the Face Act back in nineteen ninety four, every instance of the use of the Face Act by the DOJ was what has been to target peaceful pro life people and throw them in jail for simply exercising their freedom of speech near or around abortion facilities. So I think, you know, there's still more opportunities that we've got. We've got different circuit courts around the country that are dealing with these cases.
Thomas Moore Society based out of Chicago's handling many of them, including the particularly on our case. I believe so the battle is far from over, but it's just that we want to continue to raise awareness around the fact that DOJ is not enforcing the law equally. Here, what is Compass Care doing for people who are in crisis situations right now? Let me know a little bit about what your organization does, Reverend Harden, for people who are uninformed,
unaware, sure well. Compass Care specifically provides ethical medical care and comprehensive community support to women seriously considering abortion in the abortion capital of the world, New York State, and the heart of the abortion capital, which is New York City, specifically Brooklyn, Brooklyn King's County has more abortions than any other county in the United States of America, and there's only one pro life primany
center there and that's Compass Care. So women are in desperate need of ethical medical care to shield them and protect them from a mercenary, profiteering, billion dollar abortion complex that gets their politicians elected to protect them. So that's what we do every day. We serve women and help them have their babies. And now, because of the very hostile environment, we have to protect our
ability to continue to protect them in a babies from abortion. Well, now that abortion has been codified into the Ohio state constitution, are you guys going to be more active here in Ohio than you are already? I know that Montgomery County, for example, which is the county in which the city of Dayton resides, has an enormous amount of abortions done every every week, every
month, and you know it's into the thousands. And that's just in one city in the state of Ohio. Are you guys active at all in the state of Ohio? Especially now we are as a matter of fact, we help all pregny centers get more effective at reaching and serving women seriously considering abortion in abortion hub states, and unfortunately, now looks like Ohio is going to
become one of those abortion hub states. So when we are going to be traveling to Ohio to get abortions, or Ohio is going to be out, you know, sending dangerous chemical abortion drugs to women's homes in pro life states. So Compass Care has already trained many pregny centers in Ohio using our systems. Several of them are using our strategies, So yes, we can SAE.
We're going to continue to support the pro life efforts in Ohio to continue to serve women and compete head on with the billion dollar abortion complex that's there.
Yeah, this is something that most people aren't aware of. The abortion industry, uh, fueled by the murder of unborn babies and profiting from that is a huge It's it's like the military industrial complex, only only the killing is done in the womb, and it's you know, it's it's amazing how big that pro abortion industry is in this country, the pro death cult,
it really is. It's it's massive, and the federal government gives Planned Parent, which is the largest abortion business on the globe gives plant Parented three quarters of a billion dollars every single year, three quarters of a billion with the capital B. And and you know this is a serious problem with Essentially, they made a planted Parented a de facto government agency for social re engineering.
And that's that's what abortion represents. Our violations of the third provision of the Nuremberg Code, which came out of Nazi Germany after World War Two, essentially saying you know, look these there were the Nazi doctors, uh, you know, perpetrating crimes against humanity on people in concentration camps. And here's what they did, and we want to make sure that never happens again. Therefore we have the Nuremberg Code. Abortion and hormone therapy, the transition therapies are
all violations of the third provision of the number Code. And people need to know that the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a EU genesis and she has the same philosophies as Adulf Hitler did, and she was actually friends Dale Hitler. And so at any surprise that population control pro abortion democrats are siling up next to Planned Parenthood to do their dirty work in destroying our
population or population's ability to have future children. Reverend Harden, praise God for you and your work at Compass Care, and thanks for being on the show tonight. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas to you with that a breaking back? Is there a special time you like to listen to Sconsloan? I listen at work because he's really cool and my job sucks. Oh, I like the way you think. I listened during a really hot, sudsy shower. Are
you being serious? I listened to his podcast when I'm in church? Are you allowed to do that? I like to listen when I'm on the all right, I listened during our marriage counseling session. regarding the Second Amendment and our God given rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Dan was last night. Dan, we had our friend Savannah Mannixon who's from the sixty first district in the House of Representatives in the Bluegrass the Commonwealth of Kentucky where I live, talking about this odious proposed legislation. And it's been proposed by someone, by the way, who is not running for reelection. Oddly enough, she brought this up, and it's basically red flag laws in Kentucky
to grab guns of law abiding citizens. You and I have talked about this before, but I think in a few minutes we have and I got, you know, I got about six minutes or so for you to explain again what these various red flag laws are, what they mean, and why they are dangerous. So good evening and welcome back to the show. Well, hey, Kerry, Jeff, thanks for having me. It's always a pleasure
of talking with you. You know, the red flag laws. The thing about red flag laws is They are promoted and advertised as a good thing, and people who don't know any better say, oh, red flag law, that's good, you know, take guns away from bad people. They don't they they looked at it in a very simplistic way, and some people who don't pay attention to this stuff will go along with it and support the politician who promises them, you know, safety against these these awful guns. But
it's very dangerous. Actually, what it is is red flag laws. Each state has not every state has them, but many states do, and they're all different. But generally speaking, a red flag law means it comes from extreme Risk Protection order, is what it's really called. It means that government can come in and take guns from the house without due process. And a lot of times these red flag laws can be enacted simply by an accusation from
get this an anonymous accuser. Like I said, all states are different, but in the worst case scenario, this is what you have. You can have somebody who's mad at you for some reason call the cost and say you're a dangerous society, and next thing you know, you could have a judge signing off without process and cops showing up at your door. Looking for your guns. It's an awful thing. So anytime a politician wants this, we
know what they're going for. They're going for the the option and the opportunity and the leverage to be able to confiscate guns at will. We don't. We won't have it where. We fight these things all the time in court. And it's just basically that's what a red flag is. Now, let me just explain one other thing that they're pushing for. They're pushing for universal
background checks. And universal background checks really means every single firearm transaction must be overseen by a federal FFL, a licensed firearms dealer, which means that there's
a serial number involved, which means that there's documentation involved. So the reason they want the red flag laws along with the universal background checks is because before you can confiscate guns with red flag laws, you first need to know where they're location, where they are exactly, so we know it's nefarious and we know they're evil for doing it, and we have to fight back with these
red flights. Is awful, danger Dan. A lot of times people will hear the proposed red flag laws and they'll think back to some of these mass events you know where people just went crazy. Crazy people went crazy with a gun, and they'll say, now, see, if we had red flag
laws, we could have stopped that. There are all kinds of mechinations in place already where these people, these crazy people have taken guns and committed their mayhem and their murder, and there were all kinds of warning signs that law
enforcement knew about, and yet nothing was done. I mean, so, I mean, you can have all the laws on the books you want, but if you're just going to be taking guns away from law abiding citizens, it serves no purpose towards ending mass shootings or anything else, right exactly. And you said, you've made a great point, and that is that they've had signs and signals from a lot of people who have gone on to commit
crimes and they've done nothing about it. Right, So let's pick let's fix that problem first before you come and make it legal to take my guns a law bidy citizen from my home. Yeah. Uh, anything new on the on the front of new legislation and states that you're fighting, I know, Illinois has been a primary focus the last couple of years, and anything else that is on your radar at goodgunbadguy dot com. Dan, Yeah, we got great news in New York State and also some yeah, maybe not so
great news. But the Concealed Carry Improvement Act c c i A that was initiated by the originally appointed Governor Kathy Hochel, three more components have been shot down by the Second Circuit Appeals Court. And what those three components that were shot down are is she had a sensitive locations component in there, which meant you basically couldn't carry your gun anywhere in New York unless you had written written
permission from the from the property owner. That's shut down. You can now carry in public places, privately owned public places, and you can carry now in places of worship, which she tried. She tried getting rid of that, and so we got that in the Second Circuit, uh, you know, and enjoined that. And then we also got rid of the social media Yeah, the social media requirement. They wanted to look at everyone's social media, private social media stuff see if they would if they were a good more
character. So that social media component got shot down. For the good news in New York, all right, that that is nice anytime they were as good news as it leans towards Liberty. Dan was. You can hear him see him on the Loaded Mic podcast, and you guys are doing all kinds of stuff. How was the new studio going, Dan, Well, new studio is great. I wish I could show you. But we're having a blast in here. We're doing the Loaded Mike's show, We're doing the scene
it Before show where we got podcast folks coming in. They're doing all sorts of stuff in here. We're still building out part of the studio. The it's just that we're having a blast. We're having a great time doing lots of Gun Owners of America video work in here and just all sorts of fun stuff at the new studio. So having a blast. You can find out more about Dan was at a Good Gunbadguy dot Com. It's a great set of books and it's led to this of this vast media empire he's building.
As you're hearing, Dan was, Thank you as always, my friend, keep your powder dry. Thanks Bob good talking to you all right. It's the Nightcat on seven hundred W l U l W and joining us somewhere over North America on a plane. He's actually retracing the steps that Santa Claus will fly he's doing some recon for the Jolly Old Elf for Christmas Eve, he's charting out the course for this year's voyage to hand toys to little girls and

I mean, I believe you. That's a professional stalker. That's what you are. As well. Let's get getting away for a couple of days. Let's let's get on with this before our time runs out, because I have limited amounts of time for you while you're eating your free peanuts in first
class. So, so, what'd you think? What did you think of the ball games last night? Dude? Those are some name you know what's funny. I looked at the schedule and I said, you know, I'm even then, I'm gonna watch either one. I thought the Dophins would blow them out. I thought, for show, Green Bay, after what they've done in Kansas City a week ago, would have no trouble with Tommy DeVito.
Tommy Devino in the quarterback of the Giants who lives with his parents, and they won, and the Giants win and it was amazing, really and you were right, they weren't nailed Biers and Tennessee comes back to win. So it's really I mean, if you're the commissioner of the National Football League, you're loving this. Oh You're loving the fact that it's coming down to the wire right now. There's no real dominant team except Baby maybe the seven
forty nine Damore Ravens. Yep. Absolutely, those are the two top of the class so far as we get into week fifteen. Just ahead, Andy, Uh, what I thought? What was? It's weird to me? And you mentioned Tommy DeVito when the Giants first announced that he was going to start. Uh, you know, because they've obviously had all kinds of problems at the quarterback position in New York when they when they announced he was going
to start, and I misheard and I thought they said Danny DeVito. And I'm just wondering, how the how the hell does he see over the line? I mean, what's he is? He like? It's funny you mention that because you know your good friend and mine actually the music professor to let Barbara, he came over to me and he is me is Tommy DeVito related to the Tommy DeVito for the Four Seasons with Fraikey Valley. I said, believe me, professor, if you don't know, I certainly don't know.
Yeah, so you know me. I wrote a letter to the giants to find out that's true. Did you get a response back. No. I mailed a lot of two days ago, and oh now I'm just saying, don't expect necessarily a response back, Andy, because you write letters all the time. This is one of the things I love about you. You're a throwback guy. You're an old school guy. You write letters, You steal postage whenever you can, and you keep you keep the usps in business because
they are hemorrhaging money all the time. Because nobody mails letters anymore. You mail letters, and more often than not, you get zero response back. Do you think that nobody? I thought it was me at first. I thought it was a personal thing. But I think that the aught of writing letters is dead. No one does anyone, No one has to do it. No one knows how to run a letter. No one even knows.
The average person on the street if you would ask them, they have no idea what the cost of a stamp is really now I used to take it personally, it's no longer personal. I won't get an answer from the Giants because I know the VP of communications, Pat Handlm and Pat will write me back. But really and truly, I'd like to find that out for the sake of the music professor, because he'd like to know that information. But you're right, I do write a lot. I'm goin to beat something,
to take the time to basically led it to somebody. It really does well. I mean, you mentioned that Tommy DeVito is still living with his parents, and by the way, that was a hoot to look up in the suite and watch them celebrate as their son led the Giants to victory. You know, can you imagine the party, the after party at the DeVito house when this is done. I mean, god, they're just they're just one
Sicilian kiss of death away from a big wedding party or something. Man, and these people, you figure, yeah, go all the fine meats and cheeses that are available, you know, and the keyante and the wine and they're flowing freely. But anyway, what we're gonna say, I was good say that. The funny thing is that the Giants, Daniel Jljer's their main guy, he's the quarterback, he gets injured, they gave a big contract
in the off season. Does Daniel Jones come back or Tommy DeVito? Do the guys play on the basis of salary, what they're being paid, or are they playing because they deserve to play? That's the major question. Well, the idiots that around here who've been saying Jake Browning after the last two games, you know, you know, maybe Joe Burrow shouldn't be making all that money. Those are some real idiots. But in the case of Daniel Jones, they may make a case for Tommy to be who I think they
should. They're winning with the guy, there's no doubt about that. You know. Look, the Jake Browning thing is tremendous. I think it's wonderful that they have a stand up backup court. And in conjunction with that, obviously the play calling has been tremendously improved. Brown in the offense, so everything is jelly, but he's playing a lot better. So look, let's face fact, Joe Burrow is your guy. Joe Burrow is the quarterback, but they have a top notch guy where you don't lose much with a lot
of confidence coming in off the bench as a backup. It says a lot for this ball club, so much more than other teams right now who don't have stand up backup quarterbacks. Well, you know what there will be. Last year, the Bengals didn't have anybody really to rely on backing up. But this year absolutely and Aj mccerrn's fine. But Jake Browning has proved to
be a godsend because of the circumstance of Joe Burrow's injury. And there's a really good chance the Bengals can win next week on Saturday against the Vikings. Yeah, well I'm so offensively for the Vikings just the other day. Didn't show me much. But you know, you just don't know. I mean, you know, if you're a gambler in the NFL and gamble on these games and really study hard, it doesn't it doesn't make a difference. You just don't know week to week what's going to happen. You really don't.
When the New England PAGs meet the Pittsburgh Steelers there Thursday, I think a lot of people lost a lot of money. Who would have thought that. I mean, you just don't know which makes it great. It really does. The competition is tremendous. I think that. Look, there's only two teams that are maybe three Lord of Philadelphia Eagles in there, maybe the Dallas Cowboys right now, maybe four four teams that are perhaps head and shoulders above
the rest. But other than that, it's just a mischief of a lot of teams that live for playoff positions. It's going to be great. It always is great. Well, listen, enjoy the rest of the flight. Is there an in flight movie? Have you got one of those screens in front of you? Got a paper and I'm not doing it? Not surprising? Happy honekah Andy Furman, Thank you, thank God, bless you God, bless you too. The fur ball somewhere in the skies of America at

He's here with his boy, Giovanni, who showed up too. He seems to he likes it so much. He brought his headphones. He won't need him, but you know what the hell he
brought him. This is good. So, Rocco, you wanted to talk about childhood vaccines real quickly, and this was sprung from a conversation you had with a cousin and you started thinking about it and putting some information together. Right. Well, my nephew, I've been studying vaccines ever since I had children, and Giovanni was, you know, up when he was born. I wanted to make sure that I was well informed, not even just informed.
I wanted to be well informed. I talked to many doctors, I've talked to many scientists, and I came to the conclusion that there were a lot of really stupid vaccines because people go, I want to call me anti vax, and I'm I'm not anti vax, I'm literally anti stupid vacs. And there's a lot of things that go into into a vaccines that I want people, especially young people that are just having children, you know now,
because there's so many vaccines. There's sixteen vaccines on the schedule that the CDC and yeah recommends, but there's sixty three to seventy two doses of those vaccines before you're two years old. WHOA that seems like an awful lot of stuff be pumping into a kid's arm. And it is, and it is, And that's why I want people to be at least informed, if not well informed about this and and many Uh. The one big thing that I want people to really get in their brain is that they need to the woman,
right, obviously she's one having the baby, but the male too. I would recommend UH to have UH to get tested for heavy metals. Okay, because in the vaccines, the adjuvant, right, that's what creates the the the ability for the body to go against the virus and to create antigens,
right, antibodies. So we want the woman to have well to be tested for metals and like heavy metals, because most people don't realize that if they eat a tune of fish, if they're exposed uh, the carbon monoxide, if they're if they smoked, all these different things can rise can raise you, like the metal content, it can induce heavy metal content in the body. Right. And so if you have have those heavy metals in your body,
right, and you have a baby. And then you add add vaccines that have a metal content life you know, life bi metrosol like like aluminum, which almost all of them have, and they have an unreasonable amount of
aluminum as an adjuvant. And so when that's happening, and and that's what and that's where the science gets a little controversial because some are saying that it's the edge event or the or the metal that's mixing with the metal in the in the mother right in the womb, and that may be creating the encephalitis, you know, like the brain swelling, braw effects or yeah, yeah, but mostly the stuff that has to do with the brain I'm talking about
right now. And then and then the idiot doctors out there tell people to use a cid of metaphin to bring down the fever that that the vaccine caused, and and a cidymitaphin has been proven that it causes encephalitis or brain swelling. So we I want people out there, if you're gonna get vaccines, be just be a prepared and plan, uh you know, ahead of time, get these tests, know what the risks are, and then you know
and then you're allowed to wait. Don't let these doctors bully Right when I when I was in Vegas and and we had a Giovanni, I had three different doctors, a pediatricians tried to bully me. That was that was a very funny seeing my wife was like, really, you're gonna you're gonna bully my husband? That would be that would be very very dangerous for you. But but that that actually, uh so I said, listen, yeah, we're gonna wait, and we're gonna wait until I me tell you to give
my son a vaccine. Sure, and you're allowed to do that. So don't allow yourself to get bullied just because the school says when they're five or four that they need this, because you don't need you don't need to get it when they're won or when they're you know, six months old, or when they're literally zero days old, they're giving babies like the hep b. Right, you don't need the hep bee. No one's having sex with your child at zero days old. And if they are, they should be dead.
Yes, absolutely, they should be dead dead. And if a nurse or a doctor says, well, you never know, punch them in the face. I will bail you out, I promise you if they say that, because that's ridiculous. So that's one of the stupid vaccines. You talked about, the have B vaccine for a time. Oh yeah, well, and the hep bee has has a lot it has way too much a metal
in it, and so I would recommend never getting that. Uh. But the chicken pox one or the virusella virus vaccine is another one because it has been it has been proven to not work, very similar to the COVID vaccine. Yes, it's been proven not to work against chicken pox. Yeah, so most of the time, Uh, you can do it. And and you want your child to get chicken pox, because it's going to be a better, a better idea for Rocco, I had chicken pox at four and
I'm just fine. Yeah, Roco Costellano thank you very much. We'll do uh, we'll do another night cap next Tuesday. Great, all right? Uh rocco in tonight with Giovanni. As we continue on seven l back into
the Pray with our friend Dave Patter and the Internet of Things world. He's the guy you need to talk to to make sure you're secure, make sure that your communications online aren't being hacked, making sure that you can tell if someone's tapping your phone, for example, Dave had or good evening, Welcome to the show as always, Garrett Jeff, happy to be here, Thanks for having me on. So how can you tell if your phone is being
tapped? Dave, Well, there's no surefire away. And I'll want to draw a distinction in people's minds between packed in the sort of old school general sense and malware that would potentially have similar and perhaps even more capability. You know, I think we've talked about it before, Gary Jeff, like the pegas and software that will been rolled out, and there are others similar to
it from an Israeli company. Usually it dropped on government people's phones, and for the most part it's it's really hard to know you have it, and it gives the perpetrator or total access to your phone. But most people aren't going to be subjected to something that advanced. It's very expensive and you can't just go buy that online somewhere. So from a taped perspective, you know
there are some telltale signs. Now, I want to be clear with folks again, I think most people probably are not ever going to be tapped. And just because you see one of these signs, especially if it's happened in a real, inadvertent kind of way, intermittent thing, you're probably not being tapped, but you might be. I mean, who knows. Let's face it, you know as well as I do Garat Yet most people spend an enormous amount of time on their phone. It's chock full of all kinds of
useful information to a bad actor. So I don't think it's far fetched to think it could happen. And you know, some of those telltale signs that be things like you hear a lot of unusual sounds, kind of the old school you'd watch in the movies. Right now, if that happens every once
in a while, I could just be fancying. But if you're every phone call or constantly hearing weird noises, click pops, things like that could be a sign if you're battery if constantly draining, and your phone is overheating. You know, usually if your phone is hot, it's because it's a lot of activity. Now, let's face it, it's just spend a lot of time on the phone. You're playing games, you're watching a lot of videos, You're doing a lot of you know, activity that requires a lot of
power. Well, your phone might get hot and your battery might give it. But if the phone is just sitting there by itself doing nothing and you find that the battery drains real quickly and or the phone is hot, that might be a sign of that background activity where you have some kind of malware, some kind of tapping is going on. You know. Those are probably the three most common things you should look for. Another would be you can't get the phone to turn off. You know. I would recommend strongly to
people. You know, normally, if you do a software update and Apple just put out critical updates, if you have an Apple phone, updates your phone now, which should cause it to reboot. I reboot my phone at least once a week, no matter what, just to clear it out right and that's good practice with the computer too. You should turn it off the occasionally just let it reset itself so you're out its memory. And so no, really you do that. You do that once a week with your phone,
at least once a week. At least once a week, I restart the phone. I literally shut it all the way down. And then the final thing Grey Jeff, to really be on the lookout for, you know, thankfully, on newer phones now, typically there's an indicator that tells you if the microphone or the camera's on. Right, Apple rolled that out about two years ago. There's a little orange dot or a little green dot that shows up on the screen that tells you that the camera and where the microphone
is engaged. If you see that coming on when you're not doing anything, that's a fine. Now keep in mind the really high end software like Pegasus, you won't know that your camera and microphone are on, so that's not a sure sign. But again, if you see weird activities like that does things that you can't explain, you know, that might be an indication.
Your best bet at that point, honestly, is to go back to your cellular carrier store where you got the phone and have their experts dig into it and try to see if there's some kind of malware or something at worked there. Last week, Senator Ron Wyden, a Democrat from Oregon, warned in a letter to the Justice Department that governments are spying on Apple and Google smartphone users through mobile push notifications. First off, what is a mobile push notification?
And how will I know I've I've been mobilely pushed? Well, you know, first off, I think this is interesting because Ron Wyden is a fairly well known Democrat from Oregon, and I would say when it comes to privacy related issues like this, in my opinion, he might be the leading member of the Senate if you care about privacy, if you care about surveillance,
if you care about the Fourth Amendment and this sort of thing. I strongly encourage people to follow him on X or whatever platform you want, because he is just a plethora of information about this. He works with people like the Electronic Front Tier Foundation, Electronic Privacy Information Center CDT Center for Democracy Technology on these issues all the time, and it's not afraid to call this stuff out. So he recently, as you mentioned, came out in a letter.
You can go read the entire letter online. But basically you're saying that you know, push notifications are a way for you rather than they have to go get information commonly known as pulling it to send an alert to your phone about something. Right, And this gets back to a conversation you and I have had numerous times before. These big tech companies are collaborating with the government
to bypass the Fourth Amendment. It's real simple, Right, if you want to get data off my phone, you've got to get a warrant, unless, of course, I have voluntarily given it to a third party, which I'm doing all the time with my Apple phone or my Android phone or whatever. Right, I've quote read unquote there are terms of service, I've agreed to this data collection. And now if the government wants this information, they don't need to get a warrant. They just go buy it from these companies.
Right. And I note we've talked about this before because it's a major concern of mine that you have all kinds of agencies basically skirting the Fourth Amendment by buying information from these third parties. And this is just another way they're doing it now with this idea that you know they can get these push notifications and see like what you've been doing with a certain app or that kind of
thing. It's just one more way and one more obvious example of how you really have almost no privacy left at this point when you use these apps and you don't understand how they work and you don't limit the amount of information you make available. I realize you can't get totally off the grid at this point if you want to have any kind of meaningful existance in our extremely digital society, But you can't limit your footprint, right. You can understand what you're
signing up for. You can understand what surveillance capitalism model that says. If I'm not paying with money, I'm paying with data, and understand probably the key takeaway, Gary Jeff. In my mind, anything you put in a digital form at this point, there's really no way you can ultimately control that unless you encrypt it and keep it local. All right, If it's out there, it's out there very well. Is all your Christmas shopping done?
No? No, how about you? I hate Christmas shopping. I have one stocking stuffer to get for christ to two point zero, and we're gonna go down and see my parents on Christmas. I don't know what we're going to get. The people who literally it's the proverbial, they've got everything, So I don't know what to do there. But yeah, I've got one stocking stuff for to get christ to two and the thing. The only reason I'm this far ahead of the game, this late in the game, because
I'm usually scrambling at the last minute. The only reason is that my wife has been shopping like virtually round the clock up until up until about November, and she was completely done. I go, well, I guess I better get on the ball. So I got on the ball. Dave Hatter, thank you so much, my friend, and we will talk to you soon. Always my pleasure, Garret, Jeff, you got it. Dave had
her on the nightcap. As we roll on into a Wednesday, very very soon, I'm Scott flown here and you don't need me to tell you about the fast paced world we living. Sometimes it's so fast and so hectic. You may miss part of my show, but don't sweat it. If you do. You can always catch the podcast on the iHeartRadio app and here what you missed. It's perfect listening for when you're on the toilet or at a funeral or when you're around people you want to ignore. Offers you Cincinnati's largest
selection of loose diamonds, fine jewelry and more always complimentary gift wrapper. As we put the wrap on this nightcap, it's time to check in with our soothsayer. Our stage of NFL accuracy when it comes to sports betting. Well, I'm glad we're not using our own money. Let's put it that way. It's the lady that I call my lovely wife. I also call her christ to two point zero. And for this segment, the crystal ball is coming into focus for Week fifteen of the NFL season. How you doing,
honey, I'm good. I think I used bad crystal ball for well, yeah, you had another sub five hundred week, but you've only had two of those in like the six weeks we've been doing this, so you're still above five hundred picking games. And you did successfully correctly pick the Bengals over the Colts, so we'll give you that. And it wasn't just a Homer pick. You just had the feeling. And that's what it's all about. It's about how you feel about these games. When I read the team names,
keep in mind, yeah, this is not point spreads. These are just kind of like money line picking a winner. So you know it's a it's an even up bet. So if you spend, if you spend fifty dollars on say the Raiders are the Chargers to win when they play Thursday night and they win, then you got another fifty dollars coming to you. See, doubled your money effectively. So let's go down the list for a week fifteen, and let's see what you are going to come up with in that
crystal ball this week. And you're right, it could have been better last week. You're only seven and eight, but there's always a chance to redeem yourself as long as they're still playing the games. Honey, the Los Angeles what's that? I think I got the right ball this time? You got the right ball? That sounds like a weird commercial. Okay, the Los Angeles Chargers take on the Las Vegas Raiders in Big Vegas. I almost say
the Chargers. Yeah, the Raiders didn't score any points at all against Minnesota last week. I know the Vikings won three to nothing. All right, speaking of those Vikings, they were in town visiting our Cincinnati Bengals. How do you find this game working out here, Kristin, and you know I got a it's a woda baby. So that's that would be three in a row. The Bengals are hot. They're getting hot at the right time. Well, there's still a playoff spot at YEP. Steelers and Colts in Indy.
Steelers Broncos, Lions in Detroit. Go the Lions. Wow? Uh the Lions have Yeah, okay, Lions have had some problems recently, but we'll see how that works out. Now. The Giants won an incredible game last night surprise shocked everybody, including you being the Packers, twenty four to twenty two. They are on the road in New Orleans to face the Saints. Who wins? Giants are Saints, the Saints. The Saints go marching in as a winner? Again they do? They do? The Bears play
the Cleveland Browns. The Browns have won this season with three different quarterbacks. Do they win again against Chicago at home? I'm gonna take on this one really, Yeah, this surprising me. Atlanta Falcons face off against the Carolina Panthers in Carolina. Who wins the Falcons. The Bucks play the Green Bay Packers, who again lost that that shocking game at the Meadowlands last night to the Giants. Did the Packers bounce back against Tampa Bay? Now the Buccaneers
okay? J e t S Jets, Jets, Jets on the road to face the Miami Dolphins, who also lost a heartbreaker last night. Yeah, oh, that one's up there. I'm going to say the Jets, Okay, I'll give you one last chance, all right. Kansas City Chiefs on the road trying to break their own losing streak. They're playing the New England Patriots in Foxborough. Who wins? Texans take on the Titans, who miraculously came from behind after shooting themselves in the foot over and over again in the
fourth quarter against Miami last night. Do the Titans continue their winning ways or do the Texans take a road victory away from Tennessee? I think it's the Texans. I'm sorry, forty nine ers in Arizona to play the Cardinals. Who wins? The Commanders or that team in Washington, d C. Whatever it is playing the Rams in Las Rams? Rams? How about that? You know what rams are? Are? Rams are like are like sheep? That's right, thank you. I wanted the voice the Cowboys in Buffalo to
play the Bills. The Bills are in a must win situation. The Cowboys have been pretty hot. I'm telling the Cowboys. Ravens playing the Jags in Jacksonville. Oh, it's gonna be Ravens, all right. And Eagles at the Seahawks. Eagle all right. So the Crystal Ball has spoken for Week fifteen of the NFL season to come.
