it. Five point two seven hundred WLW This morning at nine, Mike Allen goes full thor and wields his mighty devil of justice on seven hundred WLW rocky year for what he centered for looking for a pre owned vehicle Right now at into the thirties tomorrow morning, partly sunny on Sunday uh and more sun in the afternoon. I high up to fifty seven sunshine and sixty two on Monday

thirty four. Right now seven one hundred WLW Sports and young Liam Tomlinson is standing by with the Apparently he was busy way later than he should have been watching some basketball game. Yes, that's all four pm yesterdays. I worked last morning. But how many more times do we get to watch Lebron James play Kevin Durant? Very few in my lifetime. I didn't know Kevin Durant was still playing for I mean, I really didn't. I had no idea.

Yeah, awesome thought I thought he. I thought he taking his backpack and gone home. Na man him of the Suns. Western Conference is fun. The NBA is fun right now? Are you watching the end season tournament at all? Lakers haven't been doing too well the start of the season. No, and they were down thirty down a couple points going into the fourth quarter and they were just splashing threes. Cam Reddish missed the game winner in the last game. He hit four to threes in the fourth quarter yesterday,

take the lead put the Lakers over the top. Yeah, I'm not impressed anyway. What else we got going on? We got high school scores brought to you by Cincinnati Children's Changing the outcome together. It's high school football playoff time. What's better than that? Moeler steamrolls Mason thirty eight to three. Lakota West defeats Princeton nineteen to seven, Anderson tops Harrison in a barn burner fifty to thirty six. That's gonna be a tough call from Dave Baden.

Mighty rams edgewapikinetto fourteen to ten, and Alter handles Clinton Massy with these winning twenty one to three. Oh well, fantastic, Thank you. That's it. That's all you got. Well, we got to spread out these high school scores. It's the playoffs. There's only so many. That's that's true.

There are other things happening this weekend. Uc tries to go for its first big twelve win, and yeah, they're trying going to Houston to face we have much success against the Houston Q I mean that's just my gas. Kickoffs at seven Pregame coverage begins at six on seven hundred WLW, and the depleted Bengals are facing Houston Texans at home at pay Corps on Sunday, possibly without Jamar Chase, more than likely without T Higgins, and maybe without Sam

Hubbard. I don't like. I don't like the way that's setting up. Yeah, that's not ideal. When your best players are not playing, it usually doesn't fare too well for the team. But I got I got faith in the Bengals. I think the Texans have a couple of injuries. They had like twenty six people on the injury report earlier this week. Also, it's a few more than the Bengals and UK host Alabama at noon. Also, all right, Bama coming to Lexington. Coach Savan's gonna have some trouble.

We'll we'll have it on the big screens at Huddles. Thank you very much. It's five forty six. Your tune to news Radio seven hundred WLW. Get a great deal on Camboda M series utility tractors are powerful, versatile lineup is rated number one endurability and owner experience. So whether he was trying to determine whether Liam was late was Monday or Tuesday? Well produced Tuesday while

producing for Mike McConnell. Of course, Mike McConnell, from what I understand, I wasn't listening at the time, said the producer was late and he had to do what he had to get on the air by himself. When in fact, Liam, Liam, you were actually indisposed at the time, correct, Is that right? You don't know what that means? Can you use it in a sentence? Uh? Liam was indisposed when the show began

because he had to go to the restroom. Oh no, my car wouldn't start last week on Tuesday, So wasn't It wasn't a matter of you staying up too late when you knew, damn well you had to get up early in the morning. Now okay, well, now you have it. You haven't let me down yet. I mean as far as being late that time, that's true. Don't ge ahead yourself, knock gonna look, the first time will be the last time. Believe me, lady Lynette, how are you? I'm fine, doll, baby, but my voice I'm praying I

weren't insane. To God be the glory. I want to hear it. But give me give me one verse, one verse, God see the clol three to cord sez the cluel free to come see the floor. H w is bue. He has say to me with his powers, ray to me to see. Oh that's beautiful. Thank you, Amen, Bye bye, bye bye. That's the lovely lady Lynnette treating us to a little bit of worship this morning. Five point fifty two, and Dick is hanging on the line. We will pick Dick up next on seven hundred WLW. Men,

are you suffering from a reptile dysfunction or pe? The medical providers that Proactive Men's Medical Center offer breakthrough treatment. You see a lot of sunshine and you warm up to the mid fifties this afternoon. Very similar tomorrow. You start off close to thirty, end up in the mid fifties. From you severe weather station. I'm nine first Warning Meteorologist Cameron Harden on news radio seven hundred

WLW, broadcasting from his clandestine fortress of excellence. Mike mcconnoe's summons his circle of chumpions to ensure a sub period of morning the Musknow info from newsmaster Brian Coles, Traffic Hero, Chuck Ingram, Whether God is Jennifer Catch Martin and Fabulous Saint Dennis in Wits Forts plus laugh lots of laugh. A Mighty Morning awaits you with Mike mcconnoe's Can I get all that for free? Yes you

do? Yes you do, Mike mcconnoe's He makes your Morning Super Monday Morning at five on seven hundred w l W. And our buddy who's always picking in grinnin and strumming and performing and mandolinin is that a word? It's Dick from Dayton. Good morning, what guys? Yeah, how are you? I'm doing just great? What's going on? Well? I was wondering about December, you know, I thought we wouldn't be playing, but what is

it? The Miamisburg star Dolf Debbie that it charged. He's got a couple of concerts and then our last show is this week Monday and the ban Joe Group because of you know, the bad weather in October and November, so we're going to do a veteran show. Well and Dick, Dick, we haven't had any bad weather. We're almost we're halfway through November. We haven't had bad weather. So what do you mean You're not going to do any shows because of bad weather. You have to have bad weather to cancel shows.

But see, the band takes a little couple of months off. We're taking a couple of months off, you know, oh beause everybody's around, you know, Christmas and the holidays. But I'll be active in the I got a couple jobs with the It's called the Star City Dulcmers. We played down there by the train track, and we'll play you played down by the train tracks. I mean, are you actually in in the train yard?

Are you well right in the building beside it? So we start playing those I thought maybe you were outside and you were playing next to the train tracks, just like the good old days, entertaining old days, entertaining the Hobos, entertaining the box car Willies. Well, I say something though, Jerry, Jeff, this is about the time Dave calls me. But I would like to see you and all my friends as huddles during Maybe Dave can take me down like during Thanksgiving or Christmas. How about that, Kim Rice.

I will say hello tour, because hopefully we had a good talk. I really enjoyed him. Do you want to just send me a list of people to say hi to because we we're out of time now, yeah, okay, okay, here's the Bengals thirty one. Uh, the Titans twenty eight. Well, that'd be great if they were playing the Titans. They're not. They're playing the Texans. So I'm at the Texans here, I guess okay, all right, Dad, Hey you too, bye bye, say

good night, Dick, good night. I guess I know the Titans were in town when you're me and down the Garry Jeff Walker at your service, Hey, howdy to get in touch five one three, seven, four nine seven thousand. There will be time perhaps later this half hour for my thoughts

on Veterans Day. And if you are a veteran, like our friend Wayne Waller Gorski, the infamous Wally of gifts from Wally Fame, if you're listening, big time salutes, big time ups to you, And it's really it's all I can do, but all any of us can do is understand that without the work, the sacrifice sometimes of your life, how it contributes to the goodness of life we enjoy in this country. And how are men and women who are right now serving in the military earning their veteran stripes, are

at peril all over the world and especially in the Middle East. So again, God bless you for everything that you do. And I know that younger veterans have a hard time with thank you for your service, but thank you for your service and for our Vietnam veterans welcome home, since you never got that message in many cases when you were done in Southeast Asia. At six oh eight, now Dave from Harrison, Good morning, Dave, Good morning, darling. How are we doing? Happy VD? Yeah? Okay?

But uh, without which are veterans, none of this conversation would be happy. Let's space right, which may make people wonder why why they they did what they did just to allow this conversation on the air. You got you got a point there? Hey? Did you hear about Did you hear about the lumberjack who got fired for cutting down too many trees? He saw too much? Yeap? Why do ducks have feathers to come to cover their butt? Quack? What do you got? What do you got for me?

What do you got? What do you got? Do you realize that five out of three people can't even do simple practice. Yep, that's a shame, Jary, Jeff. Sometimes you know what you know I like to do. I like to go to the hardware store and run around a screwdriver, shouting, ladies and gentlemen. This is not a drill. This is not a drill. Okay, one more? One more? Three is the magic number. One. One thing I learned from Star Wars is that inside a

tonton it's always lukewarm. That's kind of funny. Listen, have a good weekend, Now go away. Uh ten minutes past the hour, seven hundred WLW. Some mornings I take off my shoes and walk through the dewey meadow. Some nights I try to count all the stars twinkling in the sky. But every afternoon I listen to Bill Cunningham. Some pleasures just can't be ignored. Bill Cunningham, Monday at twelve noon on seven hundred WLW, Jeffwiler,

Honda dot Com. Your forecast. As we start freezing this morning, or near freezing, we will warm to a high of fifty three by this afternoon. Lots of sunshine. In fact, there's no rain in the forecast for the next five six days. Partly Sunday on Sunday a high up to fifty seven Monday all the way up to sixty two, and mostly sunny Tuesday as well, with a high end the upper fifties. Right now though thirty four degrees at seven hundred wlw Christ Date Ram truck fires. This from the American

rev to a rack and a random. Now, this has always been the story of the American soldier. I'm just trying to be father. He's a daughter and his son be lover to their mother, everything to everyone. I've been that on briding early from all business and my suit him dressed oppos success from my head down to my booth. I don't do it for all the money. There's bills that I can pay. I don't do it for all the glory. I just do it anyway, providing for our futures, my

responsibility. Yeah, I'm real good on the pressure being all that I can be. I can't call him sick on Monday when the weekend's been to strong. I just work street through the holidays sometimes on not gone. You can bet that us stand ready when the wolf growls out the door. He am solid, he am steady, damn true down to the core, and I will love is do my duty, no matter what the price. I'm counted

up the cause I know the sac profice. Boy, I don't all the time for you boy, times asking me how beare that cross the donner? Cause freedom don't come free. I'm an americansult and American to sign my brothers and my sisters. I will Pinda take ustand where the enerties and jeopardies, hewlways, do what's right? Come down here on the front line. Nine Amen, Thank God for the American soul. Six seventeen. It's time to turn things around a bit and talk to our friend old radio Rick Washburn this

morning with a reception report. How we doing Ricky? Good morning Gary, Jeff. You know it's a tradition here at the Pineapple Palace Radio Radio Museum and Home for Geriatric wayward Cats. Two on Veterans Day, I always pull the Crosley r EP off the shelf. It's nineteen forty five seven tube AM shortwave radio. And for those listeners who are thinking themselves, it can't be nineteen forty five because Crosley wasn't making radios. Then you're the a students.

Give yourself a gold start. These were actually missioned by the Navy, and Crosley wasn't the only one to build them. But it's a gray metal cabinet that looks very military, very industrial. It does have the magic ittube which is cool, two shortwave bands plus AM and a phonal input and a gigantic whip antennat on the top. But the best feature of this radio is a big red warning label right in the middle. It says warning unsafe radiation levels.

Do not use a board ship. The great thing about the Internet is if you ask a question, there is no limit of how many answers you get from people who have no knowledge whatsoever. I who seeing posts that, well, it's a nuclear powered radio because it was in a subgreen. No not correct. No, it doesn't have a nuclear reactor in it. No, it's not the toxic oil filled capacitors. The warning should have probably been

stated better. But what it's actually talking about is every superhetero dying radio which have been made from that then you since the twenties all the way to today. It has a little teeny tiny oscillator and tiny is it not very strong, which is basically a transmitter And if you're on a submarine and you're in stealth mode and the enemy can't see you, and the guys who are off

duty or relaxing or whatever turn on the radio. If the enemy realizes that there might be a radio on board, they can be tuning around looking for that oscillator and they might be able to find you. So, in other words, if you're a board ship and underwater, don't turn it on. No doubt, man, no doubt you know, and really no oscillators shaming. You said it was tiny. It's not the size. It's not the size of the oscillator. It is the motion, the motion of the ocean.

It's the frequency. What's the frequency, Kenneth. If you'd like to contact mister Washburn, you can do that at old Radio Rick at gmail dot com. Thank you and good morning, sir seven out or w LW for your sacrifice, for your dedication, for your unwavering devotion. Thank you celebrating Veterans Day and all the men and women who have served in our nation's armed forces. Seven hundred w LW. Don't miss iHeart Radio Holiday special twin for

a couple of minutes, and I almost don't know where to start. Let's talk about the injuries here a little bit keep hearing that Jamar came down in his back. When look at that replay, looks like he came down in his tailbone. And that's that's one of those nagging things that can last for some time. You know, it's hard to sit down, stand up, lie down. Isn't it more of a tailbone thing than a back thing? I wouldn't say that, you know, I just know he swore right now.

And again he's built little front maybe than you and I. So we'll see if he can respond. You know, I think he is sore, but but I'm encouraged that we'll see where the week takes us. Yeah, what about Burrow's finger? Was that like a ripped nail or something. It's probably I mean, he was able to play with it, but I'm you know, on a big screen TV, that was pretty gross looking. I never saw it. I didn't even really know what was going on. It

hasn't come up this week at all. So obviously he's able to fight through it and and I don't think it'll fus going forward. I think, I mean, obviously the offense is hitting on all cylinders. The defense though, too, and especially in the takeaway department. The Bengals have to be near

the top or at the top when it comes to the takeaways. To what degree is that emphasized constantly, never not talked about We meet about it on Wednesday, We talked about it on practice, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, the defense talks about it again on Saturday. So and then those guys talk about the entirety of the game too. You know, we gotta get the ball. We got to the ball back. So that's a big point of instance here in they seem to come as the most timely point in the

game too. I mean the most timely ever would have been hubbards at the end of last season. A return of ninety eight yards, that's the time leaves the cast. But they it seems to be when well metam seems to be shifting to the opponent, seems to be when the takeaway comes. Well they try to get it all game, you know, and then teams do

a good job earlier the game. But as you keep fighting at it, eventually they come out and they happen to be at big moments when when the other team lets their guard down a little bit and Jermaine practice usually in the middle of it. If you if you just watch every game of the last four years, you know you can. I see that he's a big culprit. And here's another culprit here at night. Sure Houston comes to town. I guess apparently a little banged up. Twenty three on an injured list and

eleven didn't practice. But CJ. Stroud had a real breakout day four hundred and seventy yards the other day. They're not going to be a pushover, No, they will not. They're a really good football team. Some really good football teams. They've got a lot of confidence, the quarterbacks playing well, they've got a lot of talent, and so we'll ever work it out for us and our guys. You gotta be ready. Yeah, it's one o'clocker on Sunday. We'll catch it then. And Zach Taylor, thanks for

your time. We'll do it again next week. Good luck. Thanks mit, you've been listening to the Bengals report Card seven hundred WLW the home of the best Bengals coverage. Rocky here. Bud Herbert Motors is my equipment dealer. They're the experts who have been serving the community for one hundred years, so they to see a lot of sunshine and you warm up to the mid fifties this afternoon. Very similar tomorrow you start off close to thirty, end

up in the mid fifties. From you severe weather station. I'm nine first Warning Meteorologist Cameron Harden on news radio seven hundred WLW. The radar showing clear conditions. Right now it is thirty three Chiley degrees. Our next update is at seven o'clock. I'm Taron Johnson, News Radio seven hundred WLW MWS twenty

four hours a day. He was a radio seven hundred wl W'm toasting you SI we maybe through you never hear me core listing down days out of Cincinnati, through Claremont County to how now Brown County and the lovely village of Ripley, Ohio, where this morning the gang at Brookies is not only not inside Brookies, not right outside Brookies because it's like thirty four degrees, but is in Doug Bonson's car waiting to talk to us this morning. So how many

how many clowns did you pack into that car? Duck three? But leave Buzz inside. He's in charge of the bar. Oh, so Buzz is you can get inside the bar. You just don't have phone reception, and you know what, I think that we should use at least thirty seconds of our time, Doug to talk to the powers that be at Spectrum Mobile. You say you get fantastic service everywhere except inside Brookies Bar there on Main Street and Ripley. Is that correct that once you step inside the door, it's

over forget it all? Right? So this is not a complaint to Spectrum about their service because you would agree that you have fabulous service any other time, but when you're inside the bar, so correct. I think that we should make this call this morning an appeal to the folks at Spectrum to work on fixing that one hole, because yes, I agree, So Spectrum, if you're listening Spectrum Mobile, my friend Doug is a valued customer and also

a valued part of this show on Saturday mornings. So can you can you work on the signal inside a specific location in Ripley, Ohio. I'm putting out the bat signal for Spectrum Mobile telling us how great your service is, and the smiley guy with the titanium iPhones and all the rest of that garbage. Uh, just understand that we're not totally satisfied. We're almost satisfied. And you could go the extra mile and just work on this one dropout location

in Brown County. We'd really appreciate it. How about that, Actually there's two locations. I can't get it out at my house either yet, right share it the green you got you gotta you gotta go to the greeting. You got to go to the green Hornets house. I tell you what, give give me off the air of the address, because we don't want people, you know, flocking to your house unwanted or unannounced. So yeah, she probably does want They were there a couple of weeks and they couldn't do

anything about it. The guy has to go down about it about a half a mile. Three courds of check in the spectrum. Either it's worse than green anchors. Come on, hey, we gotta want to go here, Queen of Hearts on Wednesday over fifty eight. Hey, there's a chili cook to day here in town. You go to eight places, fill out your your turn it in and I think maybe you'll win a free roll of thumbs after you had that many different chilis. Okay, And tonight the Glass Eye.

The Glass Eye band tonight is on at nine o'clock. So well we'll brookies. We'll keep an eye out for them. And there's there's still got this weather report and that's in the back seat here. I don't know what he's doing. Wait, he's got something. We know what I'm doing, and we know what he's doing. The beaver just got in the car too. Go well, keep the beaver gat keep the beaver away from Matt please, I'm gonna try, all right, Thanks, guys, have a good

weekend. Jeez. Steve from ETNA coming up next. Seven hundred WLW Cincinnati, available everywhere with the iHeartRadio app den number one for podcasting seven hundred WLW and iHeartRadio station. Just as a healthy life can start by one art this morning, we will warm only to fifty three degrees by this afternoon, lots of sunshine. In fact, pretty nice weather the next for the rest of the weekend and into next week, partly Sunday Tomorrow fifty seven sunny and sixty

two on Monday and Tuesday about the same treatment. It's thirty four And here is Liam Tomlins. Seven hundred WLW Sports. We have arts. Good high School Score is brought to you by Cincinnati Children's Changing the Outcome Together, Wyoming edge Springfield Shawnee twenty one to twenty, Valley View tops Percell Marion thirty one twenty two, Waynesville beat Brookville forty five forty two in an overtime battle for

sales. Deem rolled Cincinnati Country Day fifty five to thirteen, Newport Central Catholic defeated Dayton forty three to nineteen, and Ludlow overpowered Newport twenty eight to six. What is this controversy involving FC Cincinnati. I wasn't even aware of this. What's going on there? Yeah, So there's conflicting reports on this subject

matter, and it all surrounds Matt Miasga. Supposedly after the game, the MLS ref Association is saying he went into the locker room upset, angry, berating him and security had to escort him out, and he's facing suspension against the Philadelphia team in the semi finals. However, there's conflicting reports saying it wasn't a security person, it was a communications member that just kind of moved them away, and it's kind of it's up in the air for play.

They're trying to make a point out of him by the association to the league to make sure, this is unacceptable, So I'm not too sure how this is going to play out. The next Their schedule to play on the other twenty fifth of the twenty sixth, so we have a week or two to figure out what's happening there. Michigan plays Penn State today and the UC Bearcats back in action, this time in Houston to take on the Cougars looking for

their big first, their first big twelve win. Yeah. Coverage begins at six on seven hundred WLW and kickoff is at seven And then of course tomorrow the NFL season continues. The Bengals back at home, facing against facing off against a pretty red hot Houston Texans team. Yeah that game. C J. Stroud was very poised in that last drive versus the Buccaneers last week. Pregame coverage begins at nine am with Moe ken Brew and Tony Pike at the

Holy Grail Fantastic six forty three. When you're r and down the go food country is the plays guy lost, Men who jump and die, men who mean just what they say, The brave men of the Green bel Raids, silver wings up on their chest. These are men America's best. One hundred men will test today blood only three When the Green bel Raids trained to live off Nature's land, trained in combat hand a hand, men who fight by night end day. Courage me from the Green Belt raised a Sergeant Mary Sadless

up on the chest. These on men's six forty seven On veterans one hundred men will test two days, but only three, only three wind the Green Ray. Good morning Steve from Edna, Good morning Gary, Jeff. That always brings tears to my eyes because I was in a medical unit that used to train Green Berets on the medical phase of their training. Men who mean just what they say. Hmm okay, let's let's go with that. On Veterans Day, let me mention a famous veteran who died recently at age eighty

three. Reminds me of MacArthur Old. Soldiers never die, they just fade away. He was a great student of American history and Ohio State grad born and raised in Ohio, born in Masslin, member of the Buckeyes nineteen sixty NCUBLEA championship basketball team to understand the highly opinionated mercurial temper, and the NCUBA champion coach at Indiana, Robert Montgomery Knight let's go back almost four decades to

the August nineteen eighty four Playboy magazine interview. It is significant that he was drafted after his graduation in Columbus, not by the NBA, but the United States Army, which assigned him as assistant coach at West Point, where the military academy made him head coach two years later. By the way, another famous famous athlete was also a tennis coach at West Point later on that one. Here's Bob Knight on being compared in Playboy to General George Patten. People

take Patten a tough, demanding, rugged individualist. That's not the part of patent I try to imitate. The part I admire is the recognized opportunities and developed strategies. My most severe criticism of Patten would be that he was too interested in his own image at the sacrifice of people, and I mean lives whoa. Knight cited Harry Truman as possibly the greatest American who ever lived for saying this, and it's a quote. I think the proper thing to do

is what I think is right and let them all go to hell. That's Harry, and that's Bob Knight. Intensely critical of recruiting scandals in college sports. Whoo. Bob once said in Playboy, I think people can look at me and tell you one thing. The son of a bitch is honest. Okay, that's Bob Knight too. By the way, Bob taught a course on coaching at IU, much as Jim Tressel famously did at Ohio State Night Ads in Playboy. I didn't teach NCUBA rules. I taught my rules,

implying that his were more rigorous. They were. But he excused the ncuble A for lack of policing because they had no power to subpoena or the threat of prosecution, and he said they should have both. Do you hear that University of Michigan, to his credit, IU's program was never sanctioned by the NCUBLEA in his long tenure. Who is Bob Knight's favorite sports hero? You

could have guessed this one. Yes, it was a man who spent four years in military aviation in World War Two and then got called back in Korea and almost got killed Ted Williams. No surprise there, here's Bob on Ted. He was his own man. He was crucified by the press by people who didn't know what he was like, Does that sound like Bobby Knight? Yeah, I called you Bobby Bob. I know you hate that, and I know Jesus forgives you for throwing that chair across the court and a basketball

game. Yeah, it's only a basketball game. By the way. The answer to ora quiz, who was that other famous athlete who was a coach at West Point. He was a tennis coach, Arthur Ash. Yes, sat into that great man from Richmond, Virginia. I saw a statue, by the way, when I was in Richmond. Here's a sports trivia if we have time, Gary, Jeff and next week we're going to talk about, with your permission, another great Ohioan who was another great coach and very

opinionated and a student of American history. He was born first name Wayne. Yeah, that's a hell of an interesting story. Okay, here's the trivia. What is the only university to have a perfect one loss record in its football series against Notre Dame. The answer is, of course, the University of Chicago, which was then in the Big Ten. Yes, it was in the Big Ten at the time. They are four and oh against Notre Dame. But I have to be fair. The last game was in eighteen

ninety nine. Rockney didn't show up yet. That's awesome. By the way, Chicago dropped football in nineteen thirty nine when President Robert Hutchins said intercollegiate athletics was not its mission. We'll come back to that theme in another week. Chicago claims nineteen nine Nobel Prize winners. Nine one of them, of course, we have mentioned on this show previously Milton Friedman Notre Dame has only fourteen,

so Chicago won that one too. I tell you, as a Notre Dame alumnus, I just have to, you know, say these things and bit the truth. Hey, take care of yourself, Gary, Jeff, Hey, Happy Veterans Day, Steven, Thank you so much. Seven hundred WLW. On the football field, talent comes in all stats and sizes, But off the field, the same goes for Chevy's family. It's seven hundred WLW. I'm Gary, Jeff Walker, you are you, and that is

perfectly fine with me. And if you're a veteran of service to this nation in any of the branches of services, no matter whether you served in combat or peacetime, abroad or here at home, thank you. It's time for an environmental check. And by the way, I saw our friend Ray from Loveland was trying to check in earlier for a quick shout out. Ray, if you get a chance to call back, I'd love to hear from you.

But it's time now for our environmental engineer. That's right, Steve shilty Stick, a retired environmental engineer, back with a climate update of sorts. Steve, good morning, how are you? Good morning, Garret, Jeff Benner and I deserve so once again we're gona be talking give a little bit of scientific education and not in doctrination. Today again comes from Heartland dot org

or Climate Change Weekly number four eighty six. So several weeks ago, and one of the things we were told about evs, that's electric vehicles for those in viavis, was there going to be cheaper to repair, because you know, they're a lot simpler than in terms mcay anically than the internal combustion engine vehicles. But the headline of this little article says ev is becoming unensurable.

This is happening across the pond. The Irish Sun reports that Thattium Research, which advises automobileturs in Europe, that it's becoming very difficult to establish accurate repair prices for evs, and they've basically become almost uninsurable. Some insure have already dropped dvs, and those that have kept it been very high. And what they're finding out, even with minor damage, evs are twenty five percent more

or greater to repair than our internal combustion vehicles. And one of the reason is is because there's no way for you know, repair people or technicians de sherman whether the battery is compromised or damage. And people got to realize these batteries weigh three thousand, four thousand pounds and you sit on it basically it's underneath, you know, the passenger compartment, and so they just they's just no way or no easy way for them to determine if the battery's been damaging.

Of course, you know, one of the problems with evs is runaway what they call thermal runaway, which is catastrophic fire. So even in after minor accidents in Europe already they're finding that evs are being written off as total losses because of the complexity of the battery damage. In fact, the Irish Sun featuring the Madman himself, Tom Davids was wacky news stories from around the globe, and here he is. Good morning Gary, Jeff. This week

a different kind of implant. But first, a man was caught living in a shopping mall. This guy has set up under an escalator, he's sleeping in a tent and even keeping his laptop charge while they spent day after day and night after night inside the shopping center. And turns out he was actually caught by a security guard who took pity on him and looked the other way. The two become friends and the man ends up living in this mall for

six months. He was eventually caught by another guard. In North Carolina, cops had to use a long rope and a lot of courage to handle a vanload of bears. When they showed up, there was a cub on the roof of a minivan while mom and two more were trapped inside. So after opening up that side door, they last owed mom pull her out. Once she's dislodged, her, cubs come running out and they all made it safely back into the woods. Unfortunately, the van was destroyed, so some guy

gets his dinner refunded when he found a hair in it. Right but one of the workers recognized him and realized, hey, this guy got free food at the last place she worked because of a complaint about hair. So on a hunch, she told the manager and they looked at security footage and sure enough, the guy could clearly be seen pulling hair out of his head and

then putting it in the dish before calling the server over. The owner of the restaurant spreading the word to help his fellow business owners keep alert to scammers. And finally, in California, Anastasia Singh is being called the Bionic Woman. She's had fifty two surgical implants that have given her special abilities. Now, these aren't your usual California girl implants. These are technological in nature and allow her to do things like open doors, be a human metal detector,

turning on lights, and moving objects without touching them. The implants consist of magnets, machines, microchips. She says she wants to start a stage show where she does magic tricks with everyday objects. Next week, the missing boy in Kansas who was found lodged inside his bedroom wall have a great weekend. The Jungle will be alive and rocking on Sunday, November twelfth, when you're Cincinnati Bengals take on they Tony Pike and morning, sir, how you doing?

What's up? How are you doing? Okay? If the average fan around the country, they understand that the Bengals are a team to be reckoned with, and they always think offense, offense, offense. I think around town people appreciate this defense, but I don't think they get the credit that they should everywhere else. The turnovers a plus nine I think has them tied for first in the NFL, does it not? And the defense has been

fantastic. Look at the last couple of weeks. They hold Seattle Seahawks to thirteen points, they go to San Francisco and hold that offense to seventeen, and then the Buffalo Bills to eighteen. It's hard in the NFL to hold teams under twenty, and this team has gone against three really good offensive teams. They do rely on the turnover a lot. They give up five point nine yards per play, which is one of the worst in the NFL.

But they do have this mentality of ben but don't break. They're gonna give up yards throughout the course of the field, and then in the red zone, they've been able to force turnovers, or they're holding teams to three points instead of touchdowns to Hughes winning the NFL. It's this new approach to defense in the NFL because these offense are so advanced. But Louis Narumo to this point has been masterful at it. So I didn't see the game where a

CJ. Straup put up four hundred and seventy yards? Was he that good? Was the defense not the best in the world or what do you chalk it up to? No, he's that good and he's been that good for the Houston Texans. Currently, his quarterback rating is the highest from any rookie

in NFL history. What he did last week with four hundred and seventy yards and five touchdowns is something only four other quarterbacks in him have done over four hundred and fifty yards, five touchdowns, no interceptions five in the history of the National Football League. And he leads the NFL and touchdown to interception ratio at fourteen to one. And he's doing it with, let's face it,

not the best weapons around him. Houston knows that they have their quarterback, they're going to be able to take an aggressive approach in the offseason and really build around c J. Stroud. It's a it's a it's a good team. The weapons just aren't great, but what he's doing with the group around them is something of note and it is not just a flash in the pants. C J. Stroud has been that good. All right, Well, we hope we have T. Higgins is out and Jamar Chase is gimping.

We hope he's able to go. He says he's able to go. But if you were down two of those, I think you might have some issues offensively. Yeah, it changes everything, and you think how the T. Higgins injury came about just this week at practice. The worrisome thing for me about Jamar Chase it's the lower back. It's a contusion, which means if he takes a hit or two, is he going to be able to withstand

that. It's one thing to go play, it's another thing to play while you're getting pit going across the middle and doesn't affect his gameplay is something I'm going to be eager to watch. All right, gotta run, Tony Pike, Thanks for your time. I'll talk to you next week. See you all right, buddy, news ahead, you've met seven hundred WLW. You've been listening to the Bengals update on seven hundred WLW, the home of the

It is thirty six degrees. I'm Jack Crumley, our next update at eight o'clock, Breaking news anytime, News Radio seven hundred WLW News twenty four hours a day. He was a radio seven hundred WLW. It's time for more rock and roll archaeology. I hear something saying that's the

sound of the men working on the chain day. That's the sound of the men working on the chain day all day long. They're saying, hook, that's the sound of the men working on the chain. Game. That's the sound of the men working on the chain gang all day long. They work so hard to the sun is going down, working on the hollways and baweees and wearing wearing a from you hear them moaning their lives away. Then you hear somebody say, that's the sound of the men working on the chain.

And of course that is the sound of the late Sam Cook. Joining us the music professor Jim Lebarbara, Jim, good morning, tell me about the significance of this song in this week's list. All right, we're gonna we're gonna look at this song this week. In nineteen fifty nine, Ia Vicery Records, Appery damn Cook. It was with a little label called King Records.

One hundred thousand dollars and then that would be the equivalent of a million dollars of million dollars today, over a million dollars today to come sign with RCA. And he did, and this was his first big hit record with RTA. Now he had eight hit records with teen nineteen more with RTA before he was murdered in December of nineteen sixty four. This song actually came from

a real experience in nineteen fifty nine. Tad Cook's touring the South. He goes through Georgia and they happened upon a chain gang, the prisoners working on this side of the road, and he goes, wait, wait, driver pull over and Sam and his brother got out. So sorry for the prisoner who shook hands with some of the guys, actually handled out packages of cartons

of cigarettes to the guys. And then they moved on and chain gangs, prisoners, you know, linked together for new physical labor that existed mostly in the South until nineteen fifty five. Now this is nineteen fifty nine, and receives the practice was praised out, came almost completely in this except for Georgia. How about that was the record he made it the second biggest record of his career. Let's go to our next on the list, and this is

a former temptation, Yeah, Eddie Kendricks nineteen seventy three. This week the number one record by seventy three. Eddie Kendricks, who had two years removed from being a temptation. They were making records. They had one called Superstar Remember how You Got where You Are? And that was a jab, direct

jab. But Eddie Kendricks and fellow ex Temptation David Ruffin, and he was making some ballads, not much hampion, and then he got this song that became a giant record for him, keep on truck and a phrase of encouragement, you know, gick, you can do it, man, you can do it. And he believed it was a title that ensured it was going to be a success because the old people used to truck when they were dancing, and the idea of trucking was first in a song by Brian Boy Fuller

in the nineteen thirties, Trucking My Blues Away Now. The song clearly gave it the names for it. May well be the first disco hits in the songs Eddie Kevin's Wait it Means makes a jab at its former bentmates with the lyric it's fly It's in there though in Old Temptations reign I'm ducking for your love for sleep or snow, I'm trucking Let's do it Number one. Yeah,

it's doing etiquette. Oh listen, is feels about that right O to Mercy rock and roll Archaeology on a Saturday morning on seven hundred wl W. Gary jeb and the music Professor. Next on our list, one of the greatest songwriters of certainly the twentieth century, featured Right Yeah You Got a Birthday

on Tuesdays. She turned eighty from Canada. Marcus Get from Canada, the singer songwriter, ten time Grammy Award winner, a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, wrote songs like both Sides Now Chelsea and Ony Wodstock and Moy Had Pollio. At the age of nine, Gary Jeff spent that time in the hospital for weeks. Also started smoking that year. She's nine years old, but she can not acting affect her voice. Taught herself how

to play the guitar from the Pete Siger Songbook. Wrote this song first time she was in Hawaiian took a taxi to the hotel, looks at the window the next morning and beautiful green mountains in the distance, and then she looks down and there's that parking lotter as far as the eye could see. And she writes this song mostly about environmental concerns until the last verse, where her

boyfriend leaves her her old man. This is where we hear the title for the very first time, last verse big yellow taxi as it comes to take him away, and the political now gives way to the personal. And the big yellow taxi may refer to the old Metro Toronto police patrol cards. They were painted yellow, and so the interpretation is what the guy's walking out on her taking a taxi, or it's the same he's being taken away by the Let's do Joe, Let's do some Joni Mitchell. They paid Paradise and they

Don't it all we seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone. The pea perdut up a bug in there. It is all right, prop We're up to our next song, and I'm sorry we're so tight on time. But this is a fantastic song by another fantastic songwriter. Yeah, Dave Logins

had a birthday yesterday. Please come to Boston with a big record he had, and he wrote pieces of April Members songs. Of course, the songwriter now he was born and raised in Tennessee, inspired to write this Please Come to Boston by in nineteen seventy towur with a bunch of guys. I know the nitty gritty dirt band, and that includes stops in Boston, Denver,

Los Angeles, and we're new cities to Dave Loggins instantly. He's the second cousin of Kenny Loggins and never met, never met until after well into their careers. So in these three songs, these three sittings, he goes to the Boston Denver fans with Tea writes about that and it was a time of innocence, and it was a recap It was an age of innocence for him. In each city, the difference is there's not somebody there, you know, there isn't somebody there. Yeah, she's nobody's there waiting for him.

And that's he said. Man today, he said, I remember writing that song. The night I wrote it. I met Dave Logins once in Nashville, well after this song was out, and the man had the most piercing black eyes and he shook my hand, but I was just I couldn't say anything because he just looked right through me. One of the most intense people I think I've ever met. And this is an incredible song. Hello christ to two point Oho, she loves this too. Please come to Boston fall

spring time. I'm staying here with some friends and they've got gods room and you can see your paintings on the sidewall. Buy a cap verywell, O hold to be working soon. Please come to Boston. She said, no, will you come home to me? And she said around and ball? Now, won't you send it down? Lost the angel kind the town? There ain't no golden arenabody. I'm the number one fan of the man from Tennessee. Please come to Denver with the snowball. We'll move up into the

mountains. Father, we can't be found, and through I love you, Echo down can yum and then lie awake at night till they come back around Lee's come to Denver. She said, no, boy, would you come home to me? And she said around the boy, why don't you set down Edver Raine your kind of down? There ain't no coal and Iraine nobody night. Because I'm the number one fan of the maids Tennessee squeezing his richer.

Now this drift to the world goes round and round and not down, and it's ever gone starf But of all the dreams I've lost and found and all that I I still need to leave too. Somebody I can see too, Please come to La and live forever a California life. All it's just too hard to me. I live in a house it looks out over the Old Shanks and there's some stars that fell from the sky and living up all. Ye please come to La. And she said, yea, come to

La. She just sets a Saturday morning edition. The music professor Jim Lebarbara joining us for Rock and Roll Archaeology this week. And we've done another posthumous birthday as we end our list this week, a guy who was born in Cleveland, Ohio, November ninth, nineteen forty six. And we lost just a little over three years ago. Yeah, he got to celebrate a briekday on Thursday. Danny Mardona's what an interesting story. He was a songwriter.

He demoed the songs he wrote and record producer Tommy told her. Tommy said, hey, you gotta do your own stuff. And he wrote this song with his partner singing his songwriting partner in the line is she's just sixteen years old, leave her alone. And here's the story. It was a platonic relationship. She was a girl named Heidi, lived in the apartment building he was in in Spanish Harlem and He paid her fifty dollars a week to walk his dog, Thanky, because her father had left the family. So he's

pulling an all nighter getting ready to move. They're going down to Florida. He and his partner in the moving to Florida to Miami. The right song to make some records. They're going to make their first album, and before leaving, they pulled an all nighter. She walked in the morning and these guys are you know, they're they're dead tired. And she comes in and these partner sees her and she's sixteen years old, dressed for school in the

miniskirt back teel's adorable. Sixteen years old going on twenty one. She's she says, you guys went up all night, and she said, yeah, we have been okay, thank you, come on, and she walks out and then partner goes, my, wh whoa look at that? And he goes, right, she's sixteen years old, leave her alone. And then they started to a little lick and write and the song and this was what

it was all about. This song became a big hit. Radio stations started to play this song, and black stations, the R and B stations jumped on it, and then they found out he was white and they dropped it, and white stations weren't playing because of the you know this, you know this statueatory thing with a sixteen year old girl, and record Kennedy said letters out to everybody and explained everything, and the song became a hit, and

then he became wealthy. He's making some money and he's drinking a bottle of whiskey. I'm doing cocaine, and just like that he's down the dumps and the record company he can't even go on the road to promote the thing because he stoned. So they dropped in and that was kind of the end of Benny Mardona's Well. It was a huge It was a huge hit for him. And let's listen to a Jim thank you, she's just sixteen years old. Leave. They said, Sado, we don't know what it is.

How good I want you to? How did you? How did you do that? Jell? Did I do that? Per see and pa see. It's like having the dream nobody it has the whole. It's like heaving it all, watching it all, and I would wait till time for you do it. Looka it's true. I can't pass your mother something to the baby should I want you to? I actually actually know someone who was in the Merchant Marines, buddy of mine named Paul Wilson, I haven't talked to for a while, but it was a proud member of the Merchant Marines. But young Liam did not know, so I I safaried

it. And the United States Merchant Marine is composed of United States civilian mariners and US civilian and federally owned merchant vessels. Both the civilian mariners and the merchant vessels are managed by a combination of the government. I guess that's where we get the United States part and private sectors and engage in commerce, or transportation of goods and services in and out of navigable waters of the u United

States. The Merchant Marine primarily transports domestic and international cargo and passengers during peacetime and in times of war. The Merchant Marine can be an auxiliary to the United States Navy and can be called upon to deliver military personnel and material for

the military. So not exactly a branch of the military, but they're standing by in case the United States military needs them in a time of crisis, which maybe quickly upon US the way things are going right now, that aside switching gears here, Hey Mo, to quote an astronaut on Apollo thirteen, Houston, we have a problem. And the problem is not with Houston necessarily, but with the UC Bearcat says they head to Houston. In Houston to face the Cougars. Are you currently in the state of Texas? I am

how are things in the state of Texas? Fine? Not bad, not bad at all. A lot of folks here talking about the growing pains that Houston is going through in the Big Twelve. I guess somewhat similar to the growing pains that the Bearcats are going through as members of the Big Twelve. The differences. The Cougars have won a couple of Big Twelve games and Cincinnati is still looking for its first conference win. All right, And how likely

is that going to happen tonight in Houston? Well, if it's going to happen this season, I think you're being reasonable if you say it's it's got to happen tonight, because they're going to be underdogs against West Virginia. They're going to be underdogs in their last game at home against Kansas. They're two and a half point underdogs today. Cincinnati's biggest opponent, it's so cliche.

You see's biggest opponent is itself. You know, this team's you know, last last week they out gain uc F by one hundred and twenty two yards. You've talked about it all season long. This team moves the ball, This team at times physically stands up to the task of playing against big twelve opponents. But turnovers, penalties, mental mistakes, the inability to convert in the red zone, the inability at times this year to convert on third and

short, fourth and short. They just keep getting in their own way. That's why they lost last week. And you know, it's one thing to say that about a team in September. It's something else when it becomes who you are in November. And so I think that's the thing today. I think physically they can stack up with Houston. But do they continue to get

in their own way? We'll find out tonight. Yeah, And Scott Sadderfield in that press conference after the last game, you know, it's the wear and tear of this season is starting to show a little bit on the coach. I think I got this text earlier from my friend Art Volo, who was no on his radio's best Friend and he's also a huge Michigan fan,

And I said, Mortan GJW, it's Art. Can you be the first this morning to comment on how ABC News run the ran the anti semitic story about the Jewish Center at Ohio State right after the Jim Harbaugh suspension story. Hm, Michigan fans can't help but notice the similarities between this situation and the Joe Pop fall because of Jerry Sandusky. I don't know how he gets the wow in any kind of equivocation between the situation at Michigan and what was going

on at Penn State. Do you no? And I'm familiar with Art's work. He's the guy that, like back in the eighties would show up and video tap. DJ's right. Absolutely, he's done some great work. I've I've interviewed him on my nightcap show. Absolutely. Yeah, Well, now now you know what to ask him, because I don't know how he could make that comparison. That's uh, that's not one that I had made.

That's pretty creative. But we do have Michigan and Penn State today obviously a lot of a lot of storylines that frankly have I guess they all have something to do with football, but the game itself has sort of taken a back seat to what's happening with the Wolverines. Do you think that, as Michigan has said a near official statement that the suspension of their coach was a shoot first, investigate later kind of thing. Yeah, I do. And look, I mean, I think it's pretty clear to those of us on the

outside the football program is guilty of something improper. They're guilty of breaking overuble. Now there's the difference between you and I thinking that and a thorough investigation concluding that the NCAA's investigation of Michigan and football is not over. And so I think you have a couple of different issues here, knowledge of you know, what was going on here with the signs stealing and advanced scouting, and

you know, surveillance of other programs. So you have no direct knowledge, no evidence that the coach knew what was going on, but you suspend him. How does that work? And then so the Big Tens bylaws say it's in the Big Ten's bylaws are different than the NC double A. The NC double an can bang a coach for lack of institutional control. The Big Tens by laws don't do that. They don't hold a coach accountable for something that

a program should be held accountable for. So they've basically remade their own bylaws here by suspending the coach for something that they have acknowledged we don't have proof of him breaking a rule. And then they say, well, this isn't a punishment of the coach, Well, then why are you suspending him? It doesn't. And look, I know there's a lot of folks in your audience and a lot of folks in my audience who hate Michigan. I get it, and you know, I think reasonable minds will say there's a pretty

good chance that Michigan broke rules. And you're being reasonable if you think chances are the coach new But there's a difference between opinion and fact. The Big Ten has acknowledged there are no facts that point to Jim Harbaugh having knowledge of Michigan staff members knowingly breaking the rules. Well, then why is he being

suspended? You know, there is such thing as due process. The NCAA investigation of this is not done, and so I think what you have here is that the Big Ten commissioner caved, which is not what leaders are supposed to do, caved to the pressure from the other members of the Big Ten. It's that's wrong as far as I'm concerned. Good leader make decisions not based on external pressure, but based on fact, based on evidence, based

on investigations that are thorough and complete. That's not what's happening here. Well plus plus and some of that outside pressure, a lot of that outside pressure is coming from the likes of ESPN, which no longer has the Big Ten on their schedule and would love to just shut out the Big Ten from any kind of championship Bowl opportunities. It seems like that anyway from the outside looking in. What do you think about that? No? I mean, look, Ohio State's in the top four. No, by the Penn State if

they beat Michigan today, is going to be in the top four. I think. I think ESPN's reporting of this has been fair. Now there are ESPN opinion people who have expressed an opinion that Michigan shouldn't be included in the college football playoff, and to me, that opinion is absurd. I think what happens sometimes with ESPN as folks have a hard time making the distinction between the journalism side and the entertainment side, and let's face it, our place

has had the same thing right. So there are ESPN commentators who have had some pretty strong opinions about Michigan. But ESPN's reporting on this Pete family is one of the very best college football reporters working in the United States. He has been all over the story. He has been incredibly fair, and so I think people have to make a distinction between, you know, Stephen A. Smith and Pat McAfee, the opinion and entertainment side and the journalism side,

which I think has been very, very fair. Issue. Yeah, there are obviously differences between the commentators or average potatoes like me and the news department. I just happened to get it right more often. Anyway, Let's do this. Let's talk Bengals Texans tomorrow at Peyk Stadium, and let's talk about the injuries. And on the other side, let's talk about the phenomenal rookie season that CJ. Stroud, back to Ohio State again, is having

in Houston. Let's talk about the game tomorrow and how does, yeah, how do the Bengals manage to win another game that they really must win? In their continued pursuit of AFC North, the supremacy and the playoffs and all the rest of it. With no possibly no Sam Hubbard, Jamar Chase or T. Higgins. How do the Bengals do this? They're gonna have to

do something that nobody's been really able to do this year. Though. The remarkable thing about c J. Stroud, You know, he had a huge game last week, right, four hundred and seventy yards, most passing yards ever buy a rookie quarterback. Excuse me, five touchdown passes. He had the game winning touchdown pass with six seconds to go last week against Tampa Bay. The most remarkable thing though about his rookie season two hundred and seventy nine

pass attempts, one interception. That's incredible. No rookie has ever come close to that. Few quarterbacks in the league will ever come close to that. And so the Bengals what have they thrived on here the last few games? Turnovers, specifically in the red zone, specifically in their territory. What gives this week? What gives tomorrow? Do the Bengals continue to turn quarterbacks over? Or do CJ. Stroud eclipse to three hundred pass attempts mark without throwing

another pick. I think that's what this game comes down to. Cincinnati obviously from an offensive standpoint, No, T Higgins, We'll find out about Jamar Chase. I think the good news is this, what did you see on Sunday night? You saw the tight ends catch ten passes. I still think an upright and healthy Joe Burrow is good enough to figure out ways to win even without his top targets. You know, he got by four games without Jamar Chase last year. My guess is Jamar tries to give it a go

tomorrow. But what I'm most interested in is the guy that you just talked about, CJ. Stroud to the Bengals figure out a way to turn him over, and if they do, I think they win the football game. A little bit more Trent, a little bit more Trent Irwin as well, wouldn't bother me at all. A little bit more Trent Irwin, a little bit more Andre Joshabas, who obviously has caught a couple of touchdown passes and

so you know, obviously you could work him in. Yeah, Trent Irwin is a guy who last year, you know, he makes a good point when Jamar ches had missed four games. That's when Trent Irwin really started to shine. You know, he had four touchdowns last season. He stepped up big when Jamar was hurt last year. My guess is the idea here for the coaches is for him to do the same. Well, thank you very much, enjoy your time in Houston, and hopefully you can bring home a

bear Catlynn for the first time in the Big Twelve this season. I'll do my part, thank you, all right, you got it. So Military Appreciation Night downtown, if they heard his Bank Center with the cyclones, they'll be in there, red white and blue, which is a lot better than the Pride Night stuff that they put on. Mike Allen Saturday midday is just ahead and Mike's in the studio counselor how are we doing this? I'm doing good? How about you? Fantastic? So did you hear earlier? And

this was this is documented. The vote yes on Issue one side was propped up with fifty eight million dollars incredible in campaign funds, fifty million of that coming from outside the state of Ohio. Now, who would be interested in

opening the doors to unabated abortion in Ohio? Maybe Planned Parenthood, Maybe the ACLU maybe a lot of other organizations that don't necessarily have the best interest of Ohioan's at heart, but trying to push their agenda in light of the Dobbs decision at the Supreme Court a couple of years ago, I think everybody saw that coming. But fifty and yet the emphasis in the emphasis this morning on our air is the one point seven million spent on the vote no side by

the Catholic Church. This was a big story. Well, I'll tell you about I don't think you canny Catholics complaining about it. You can't no, and you cannot You cannot just give one side of the funding story when it comes to a story like that that is going to affect, in fact stop thousands millions of lives in the future. I'll tell you it was a big disappointment, it really was. And the thing of it is, we're now the only state in the Union that actually has abortion rights entrenched in the state

constitution. It's going to be tough to get around it. What have you got on those show? Real quick? I'll tell you. I'm gonna start first with the one I'm the most excited about. At ten o'clock in studio, I have Rabbi every June. He's with the Jewish Community Relations Council. Good I'm going to talk to Rabbi June about the shocking rise and anti Semitism. Really looking forward to that. Eleven o'clock Steve Gooden, I'm gonna have

us walk us through Trump's civil fraud trial. The trial itself is what's the fraud? They begin their defense on Monday. Steve's gonna walk us through that. Also, going to talk about election results, going to talk about Ramaswami just killing Kirsten Walker. I love that. So we got a lot to talk about, all right, fantastic, looking forward to that. Today at

Huddles, it's a celebration of our friend Coop. Jerry Cooper, who was a Sycamore Township firefighter, passed last year and his wife suggested to Christ the two point Oho and either because Jerry loved to come to Huddles, he loved to party, he loved to play the jukebox, and we're just kind of remembering Coop today. So if you get a chance to come by and watch some college football and remember our past friend Jerry Cooper, it would be wonderful

to see you. Have a lovely weekend, for your sacrifice, for your dedication, for your unwavering devotion. Thank you celebrating Veterans Day and all the men and women who have served in our nation's armed forces.
